28、DIN EN ISO 24803:2017-07 Annex A (informative) Adeviations A- deviation: National deviation due to regulations, the alteration of which is for the time being outside the competence of the CEN/ CENELEC member. This European Standard does not fall under any Directive of the EU. In the relevant CEN/ CE

29、NELEC countries these A- deviations are valid instead of the provisions of the European Standard until they have been removed. 30、requirements for service providers in the field of recreational scuba diving and snorkelling excursions. It specifies the following areas of service provision: introductory diving activities; snorkelling excursions; provision of training and education; organized and guided diving for qualified diver

31、s; rental of diving and snorkelling equipment. Service providers can offer one or more of these services. This document specifies the nature and quality of the services to the client. This document does notapply to freediving (alsocalled “apnea diving”). Article L322-2 of Sports Code (Code du Sport,

32、 CdS) Establishments where are practiced one or more physical or sport activities must have, for each type of activity or establishment, hygiene and security guarantees defined by regulation. Article R212-7 of Sports Code (Code du Sport CdS) The activities carried on in a Specific Environment involv

33、ing compliance with special security measures mentioned in Article L. 212-2 are those related to practice: 1) From scuba diving, anywhere, and snorkeling, in a natural environment and diving pool; Article A322-71 of Sports Code (Code du Sport CdS) The provisions of this section shall apply to the me

34、ntioned Establishments in Article L. 322-2 which organize the practice of scuba diving. (.) Article A322-101 of Sports Code (Code du Sport CdS), Apna and snorkeling: For the purposes of this section, the practice of apnea is subject to the provisions of Article A.322-81 A. and I of Article A.322-78.

35、 By way of derogation from I of the article A. 322-78, for the practice of apnea between the depths 0/ 6 meters, divers have at their disposal at the place of launching or immersion a rescue plan and the following emergency equipment: - a way of communication to prevent rescue services.
