7、 follows: ISO 2418 DIN EN ISO 2418 ISO 2419 DIN EN ISO 2419 Amendments This standard differs from DIN EN ISO 17233:2003-10 as follows: a) Clause 3 “Terms and definitions” has been included and therefore, all subsequent clauses have been renumbered; b) in 4.1 (now 5.1), the description of the cooled

8、chamber has been extended; c) in the German version of 4.4 (now 5.4), Schneidwerkzeug has been deleted and replaced by Stanzmesser; in the English version, “press knife” is used; d) in 5.3, the hinged sample holders have been rendered more precise; e) in 5.2 (now 6.2), the sampling has been revised;

9、 f) Clause 6 “Procedure” (now Clause 7) has been completely revised; g) Clause 7 “Test report” (now Clause 8) has been adapted to the modifications; h) the number of test pieces at each test temperature has been extended to six and several modifications have been made correspondingly; i) in addition

Chem., 69, p. 85, (1985) and declared an official method of the IULTCS in 1987. This updated version was published in J. Soc. Leather Tech. Chem., 84, p. 369,

ISO recognizes IULTCS as an international standardizing body for the preparation of test methods for leather.This second edition cancels and

34、 replaces the first edition (ISO 17233:2002), which has been technically revised with the following changes: the cooled chamber (5.1) and the hinged sample holder (5.3) have been specified more precisely; the number of test pieces has been changed to six for each temperature tested and a number of a

The hinged apparatus is closed rapidly causing the leather to be folded with

40、the surface coating outwards. The leather is examined to determine if the surface coating has cracked.5 Apparatus and materials5.1 Cooled chamber, minimum internal height 500 mm and minimum internal width and depth 300 mm, fitted with a rack or other support and capable of maintaining temperatures b

41、etween +5 C and 30 C and of controlling the temperature to 2 C at any temperature within the range. The design of the chamber shall allow free circulation of air around the test piece and holder.The cooled chamber should have the door on the top. If a cooled chamber with the door on the front is use

For each temperature to be tested, cut six test pieces from each sample, three with

If the direction of the backbone is not known, then cut the two sets of three samples at right angles to each other.If there is a requirement for more than two hid

48、es or skins to be tested in one batch, then only one test piece in each direction needs to be taken from each hide or skin, provided that the overall total is not less than three test pieces in each direction.6.3 Cut a circular hole of diameter (5,0 0,5) mm, with the centre of the hole (6,0 0,5) mm from each end of the test piece (see 6.2).NOTE It is not necessary to cut holes in the test pieces if test pi
