This standard has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 23 “Tractors and machinery for agriculture and forestry” in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 144 “Tractors and machinery for agriculture a

5、nd forestry” (Secretariat: AFNOR, France). The responsible German body involved in its preparation was the Normenausschuss Maschinenbau (Mechanical Engineering Standards Committee), Section Landtechnik. This standard contains specifications meeting the essential requirements set out in Annex I of th

6、e “Machinery Directive”, Directive 98/37/EC, (valid until 28 December 2009) and the “revised Machinery Directive”, Directive 2006/42/EC, which takes effect on 29 December 2009, and which apply to agricultural and forestry machinery that are either first placed on the market or commissioned within th

7、e EEA. This standard serves to facilitate proof of compliance with the essential requirements of the directives. Once this standard is cited in the Official Journal of the European Union, it is deemed a “harmonized” standard and thus, a manufacturer applying this standard may assume compliance with

8、the requirements of the Machinery Directive (“presumption of conformity”). The International Standards referred to in clause 2 of this document have been published as the corresponding DIN ISO or DIN EN ISO Standards with the same number, except for that below which corresponds as follows: CISPR 16-

32、N ISO 14982:2009-12 EN ISO 14982:2009 (E) IntroductionIn the past years more and more electronic devices designed to control, supervise and indicate multiple functionshave been used in agricultural machines and tractors. The electrical and electromagnetic environment in whichthese devices work needs

33、 to be taken into consideration.Electrical and high frequency disturbances emerge during the normal operation of many parts of the machinedevices. They are generated within a large frequency range with different electrical characteristics and, byconduction and/or radiation, can be imparted to other

34、electronic devices and systems of the machine.Narrowband signals generated by sources of interference inside or outside the agricultural machines and tractorscan also be coupled in electrical and electronic systems where they can influence the normal function of electricaldevices. Sources of narrowb

35、and electromagnetic disturbances are, for example, machines with integrated micro-processors.The elaboration of this International Standard is based upon the Commission Directive 95/54/EC (31 October 1995)“Commission Directive 95/54/EC of 31 October 1995 adapting to technical progress Council Direct

This procedure waschosen due to the large conformity of the disturbance phenomena in many domains (motor vehicles, tractors, self-propelled machinery), similar operation and ambient conditions and the possibility of using the same measuring rigand measuring apparatu

38、s. As far as possible, the measuring procedures described in Directive 95/54/EC have beenreplaced by equivalent internationally standardized measuring procedures. However, it was not possible to refer toInternational Standards for radiated broadband and narrowband electromagnetic disturbances from m

39、achines andfor radiated broadband and narrowband electromagnetic disturbances of electrical/electronic sub-assemblies (ESA).Therefore the necessary procedures are described in detail in annexes B, C, D and E. International standardizationof the measuring procedures for all types of machines would be

40、 desirable for the future.The electrostatic discharge and the conducted transients are considered to be relevant for agricultural machinesand tractors and therefore (in contrast with the Directive 95/54/EC) are included in this International Standard.Electrostatic discharges are relevant because als

41、o control elements can be positioned outside the cabin andpotential differences can emerge at contact. Conducted transients have to be taken into account becauseagricultural machines often represent open systems and several machines are combined with one another. Up tonow, however, only conducted tr

42、ansients along supply lines in 12 V- and 24 V-onboard systems have been dealtwith. The manufacturer is therefore responsible for ensuring that the equipment may withstand conducted transientswhich may occur at the switching under load and interactions between systems. Internal cabling and networkssh

43、ould comply with the state of the art. Conducted transients at signal lines have not yet been treated.This International Standard has been established as a means of achieving conformity with the requirements of theEMC Directive (89/336/EEC) and the EMC requirements of the Machine Directive (89/392/E

44、EC).5DIN EN ISO 14982:2009-12 EN ISO 14982:2009 (E) 1 ScopeThis International Standard specifies test methods and acceptance criteria for evaluating the electromagneticcompatibility of tractors and all kinds of mobile (including hand-held) agricultural machinery, forestry machinery,landscaping and g

45、ardening machinery referred to hereafter as machine(s) as supplied by the machinemanufacturer. It is applicable to machines and electrical/electronic sub-assemblies (ESAs) which are manufacturedafter the date of publication of this International Standard.Electrical/electronic components or sub-assem

46、blies intended for fitting in machines are also within the scope of thisstandard, except regarding immunity for those parts whose functions are not involved in the direct control andmodification of the state of the functions of the machine.This International Standard is not applicable to machines di

47、rectly supplied with low voltage current from publicelectrical mains.
