4、 Chain connectors consists of the following parts: Part 1: Flat type connectors Part 2: Kenter type connectors Part 3: Block type connectors The inspection certificate in Annex A and the bases for calculation in Annex B are informative. Amendments This standard differs from DIN 22258-1:2003-04 as fo
5、llows: a) nominal sizes 42 137 and 48 152 have been newly included; b) nominal size 42 151 has been omitted; c) the conversion of hardness has been corrected; d) the bases for calculation have been revised; e) the standard has been editorially revised. 6、, 2002-10, 2003-04 DIN 22258-1:2012-05 4 1 Scope This standard applies to flat type connectors used to connect round steel link chains with the same pitch according to DIN 22252 and flat link chains with the same pitch according to DIN 22255. When using flat type connectors in conveyors with a close
7、d bottom run, care shall be taken that there is sufficient clearance between the external width of the flat type connector and the space in the bottom race. Flat type connectors are not allowed to be installed vertically in conveyors with flat link chains according to DIN 22255. Flat type connectors
