Amendments This standard differs from DIN 1960:2012-

31、09 as follows: a) the document has been revised in form and content to reflect developments in the construction sector. The original German text of the document has been adapted so as to be identical with VOB Part A in the version printed in the 2016 Bundesanzeiger (Federal Gazette)*). The primary r

32、eason for this revision of VOB/A (DIN 1960) was to implement in Section 2 Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on public procurement: b) with a view to maintaining the overall presentation of VOB/A as a uniform document and make it more transparent,

33、and to keeping as many familiar aspects as possible, the many subheadings are now independent subsections designated “ without renumbering; thus, the resulting additional subsections are labelled a, b, etc.; the revisions to the structure of Section 2 have been adopted for Sections 1 and 3; c) the c

34、ontent of Section 1 has remained largely unchanged except for a few modifications, e.g. rules regarding expiry of the tendering period, signatures for electronic tenders, the principles of communication of information, and the form and content of tenders; d) in Section 1, 4a “Framework agreements ha

35、s been added; 14 has been divided up into “Opening of tenders, only fully electronic tendering permitted (see Directive 2014/24) and 14a “Opening of tenders, written tenders permitted; e) the German text of Section 1 of this edition of VOB/A replaces the German text of the edition of VOB/A published

36、 in the notice of 26 June 2012 (BAnz AT 13.07.2012 B3); f) the revision of VOB/A Section 2 focussed on including key provisions laid down in the Gesetz gegen Wettbewerbsbeschrnkungen (GWB) (German Act Against Restraints of Competition); attention was paid to harmonization with the provisions relatin
