24、mentsbetweentheownerandthemanufacturer/assemblerofapipingsystem.ThePEDdoes notprohibittheuseofANSI/ASMEB31.3(orindeedofanycode),howevertherequirementsspecifiedinthePED shouldbefulfilled.
