11、Terminology and conventions. The text of the International Standard has been approved as suitable for publication as a British Standard without deviation. Some terminology and conventions are not identical with those used in British Standards. IEC 268-11, referred to in clause11, was published in198
12、1. BS5428-5.2:1981 implements the previous edition of IEC268-11:1981 which was published in1973 as IEC268-14A. A revision of BS5428-5.2 implementing IEC268-11:1981 together with its amendments, which are now in preparation, will be published when these amendments have been published. A British Stand

19、uency response is specified and then the permissible deviations of the response of an individual microphone from that type frequency response.
