Scope1.1 This standard covers four types of pozzolanic hydrauliclime for structural purposes which include use in mortar,sc
3、ratch, brown, and finish (stucco) coats of interior or exteriorplaster.1.1.1 PHLPozzolanic hydraulic lime for use in mortar,scratch, brown, and finish (stucco) coats of interior or exteriorplaster.1.1.2 PHLcPHL with a maximum 20 % binder weight ofhydraulic cement.1.1.3 PHL-AAir-entrained PHL.1.1.4 P
4、HLc-AAir-entrained PHLc.1.2 This specification classifies pozzolanic hydraulic limeby minimum hydrated lime content, maximum hydraulic ce-ment content, and specific performance requirements.1.3 The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regardedas standard. The values given in parentheses are m

If Type SA or Type NA hydratedlimes are used, an additional air entraining agent shall not beused.3.1.4 pozzolanic hydraulic lime (PHL), na powder pro-duced by the blending or intergrinding of not less than 25 % bybinder weight of Specification C 207 Type S hydrated limewith one or more
16、 pozzolan and inert filler. Type N hydratedlime of Specification C 207 shall be used if shown notdetrimental to the soundness of the material.3.1.5 pozzolanic hydraulic lime with hydraulic cement(PHLc), nas PHL with not more than 20 % by binder weightof hydraulic cement of Specification C 150, Speci
17、ficationC 595, or Performance Specification C 1157 blended or inter-ground.4. Requirements4.1 PHL, PHLcPHL-A and PHLc-A shall conform to therequirements prescribed in Table 1.5.
