It is published on green paper for the needs of AECMA-Members. It has been technically approved b y the experts of the concerned AECMA C
4、ommission following comment by the Member countries. Sotsequent to the publication of this pre-standard, the technical content shall not be changed to an extent that interchangeability is affected, physically or functionally, without re-identification of the standard. After examination and signature
5、 of the AECMA Standard Checking Centre (NPS) and formal agreement of the Official Services of the Member countries it will be submitted as a draft European Standard to CEN (European Committee for Standardization) for final vote. Definitions. 3.1 Production batch: Quantity of finished bolts fabricated by the same process from a single material cast(sing1e heat of alloy),having the same basic part. number and diameter, heat treated together tu the same specified condition and produced as one continuo
20、us run. 3.2 Inspection lot: Consists of bolts from a single production batch of the same part number which completely defnes the bolt. 3.3 Discontinuities. 3.3.1 Crack: Rupture in the material which may extend in any direction and which may be intercrystalline or transcrystallyne in character. 3.3.2
21、 Seam: Longitudina1,surface defect in the form of an unwelded open fold in the material. 3.3.3 Lap: Surface defect caused by folding over metal fins or sharp corners and then rolling or forging them into the surface. 3.3.4 Incliision: Non-metallic particles originating from the material making proce

They may exist as discrete particles or strings of particles extending longitudinally. 3.4 Test temperature: Ambient temperature, unless otherwise specified - 3.5 Simple random sampling 1): The taking of n items from a population of N items in such a way that all possible combinations of n items
