28、 出版( 英文版 )，其標題為 Practices for Measurement, Testing, Adjusting and Balancing of Building Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Systems， 當時由技術委員會 TC9.7-測試平衡委員會，現在已改為委員會 TC7.7。在 1992 技術委員會建議，重寫測試、平衡標準，以新工業技術，並協助設計師制定測試、平衡規範，促成今日之空調系統工藝。 現場測試結果對於設計師、製造廠及施工廠商非常重要，使他們能評估現場況與設計、產品性能及施工技術

29、之關性。本版本，對於空氣、液體系統及控制確認均加以新，舉現代測試技術所需要的儀器規定，並結合個研究計劃之成果，而修訂新版本。同時也將 TAB 工作與性能確認團隊之間的介面整合與釐清。 本標準包括影響系統性能的因素，主要明現場之測試，可能與工廠測試結果相似，但必採用與出廠測試同樣的準確。然而，當好的工程工藝，合的規範及高品質的安裝技術，均能確實做到時，某些情況下則會達到設計條件的結果。測試平衡提供一個方法，判斷與監管系統的性能，且在工程竣工後仍能長期重複的採用此法。 測試平衡報告可提供下功能 : a. 可協助操作 HVAC 系統的人員，達到高效的運轉 b. 提供現況條件之紀 c. 比對定期測試結

30、果與原有況條件之差，以發覺，是否有系統衰減或效低之情形。 d. 當 HVAC 系統有修改或變時，可將此報告作為調整運轉操作方式用。 e. 可確定現有情況的耗能計算基準，以進節能減碳改善依據。 f. 建新程序與報告，作為節能績效驗證用。 g. 依據現場測試記，提供報告，並與原設計互相比較。 1、目的 針對建築物空調通風系統，提供一套統一且系統化的程序，以執測、測試、調整、平衡、評估及性能報告等。 2、範圍 2.1 本標準應用於建築物空調通風系統之空氣側與液體側系統，以及相關之空氣輸送、熱交換循環、凍、電和控制系統。 2.2 本標準包含 a.定義熱、壓、水工機械及電機等條件的方法。 b.定義空間換

31、氣、空間壓及交叉污染的方法。 c.測及調整外氣通風，以符合特定需求的程序。 d.在考系統效應的情況下，驗證收集據的方法。 2.3 本標準建以下項目： a.確保系統可以實施現場測試與平衡的最低配置需求。 b.現場測所需的最低儀器需求。 c.在空調通風系統測試、平衡及設備測試時，規定現場測的程序。 d.測試紀與報告之格式。 2.4 依據本標準所建的現場據及報告，係供建築物設計者、操作者、使用者、空調系統製造商及施工者使用。 3、定義與符號 使用於本標準之名詞及其定義如下所述，其他技術名詞之定義，請考 ASHRAE 凍空調名詞釋義。 American Society of Heating, Refr

33、以依照指定方式，用特定儀器測的速值所得到的面積。 風機動壓 ： 動壓對應於風機出口的平均速，代表空氣開風機之單位體積的動能。 (PD)： 壓差及 P 的縮寫。 敏 (儀器 )： 儀器可以反應測之最小增減改變。 吐出揚程 ： 在泵浦出口端的體靜壓，以體水柱或壓計體高表示。 靜壓 ： 係風機出口端靜壓值和風機入口端靜壓值之差。 吸入揚程 ： 和靜態吐出揚程相同，在泵浦裝置的入口處測。它是負值。 4、儀器 4.1 範圍 本節涵蓋執空氣系統或水系統平衡時，進測所需要或建議的儀器，以及在特殊情況下，其他必要或有用的儀器。 本節針對每一項儀器提供明、使用建議、限制、準確和校正要求。 4.2 概述 有關現場

34、測儀器之使用安全，必須特別遵守製造商的操作指南和本章節的明。 本標準並限制使用新開發，並經驗證與下述儀器相同準確，或準確的儀器。 有關儀器在現場況下之使用、限制和準確的詳細明，可考第 7 章到第 11 章的系統效應、測、測試及平衡。 4.3 空氣平衡儀器 4.3.1 傾斜式壓計 4.3.1.1 明： 傾斜式壓計由一根傾斜管 (通常為 10:1 斜 )組成，用以放大值。通常以酒或特殊的油取代水。上述特殊油的比重較水低，用進一步放大值。使用此液體的壓計，有以 in. 水柱( 或 Pa)為單位的校正刻，將相對應的壓標示在傾斜管上。 4.3.1.2 使用建議：與皮托管 (pitot static tu

35、be)或靜壓探棒 (針 )一起使用。 4.3.1.3 限制 a.當風速低於 600 fpm(3.0 m/s)時，可使用此種壓計，須使用微壓計、鈎錶或其他敏的儀器，以獲得可接受的準確。 b.使用壓計時，必須謹慎地水平設置並固定，以紀 “0”壓時，液面弧之端點必須位於 “0”刻線的中央。 4.3.1.4 校正要求 測儀器每 12 個月必須以近期校正過的儀器進驗證，如果受驗儀器的值超出考儀器(近期校正過的儀器)值的 2%，則受驗儀器必須在使用前進校正。 4.3.2 傾斜/ 垂直組合式壓計 4.3.2.1 明： 傾斜 /垂直組合式壓計，是由一個傾斜的液管，刻為 0到 1.0 in.水柱( 0 to 2

39、.將內管之出口接管，接到壓計或氣錶的一側，以測氣的 “全壓” 。 b.將外管之出口接管，接到壓計或氣錶的一側，以測氣的 “靜壓” 。 c.將內外管之出口接管，接到壓計或氣錶的另一側，以測氣的 “動壓 ”。 d.當與氣壓計或微氣壓計，合併使用於現場測風速、系統總風、外氣、回風、風機靜壓、風機全壓、風機出口動壓時，是最可靠耐用，且較其他方法受歡迎。 e.下儀器可與皮托管合併使用： 1.微氣壓計：使用於非常低的壓差，低於1 in.水柱( 250 Pa ) 2.傾斜式壓計：使用於稍低的壓差， 0到 10 in.水柱( 0 to 2500 Pa) 3.U 型管壓計：使用於中等的壓差，大於 10 in.水

40、柱( 2500 Pa) 4.薄膜式壓表 5.電子式壓差計 4.3.3.3.使用限制 a.測的準確，有賴於氣的均勻性與橫移的完整性。 b.在風管穿孔附近預適當的空間，以供儀器安裝及使用。 c.必須謹慎避免損傷儀器管。 d.由於衝擊孔與靜態孔之間距因素，皮托管無法用測通過孔口板的氣。 e.皮托管會因為氣中的灰塵與濕氣而造成堵。 f.標準皮托管的合格條件，在於其正確測靜壓值的準確。平於氣傾斜搖擺至約8 ，也會影響全壓測。但是靜壓測對氣方向則十分敏感。 4.3.3.4 現場測的準確：經徹底嚴格的誤差分析顯示，皮托管與壓計組合的風測方式，會有 5% 至 10%的誤差。經驗顯示在好的現場條件下，合格的技術人員可得到 5% 至 10%誤差範圍內的實際風測。由於適當的橫移條件通常存在，因此測誤差會超出 10%。 4.3.3.5 校正要求 測儀器每 12個月必須以近期校正過的儀器進驗證，如果受驗儀器的值超出考儀器(近期校正過的儀器)值的 2%，則受驗儀器必須在使用前進校正。 4.3.4 同步轉速計 4.3.4.1 明： 同步轉速計係由一個準確的計時器與一個轉計組成的手持式儀器。在儀器前端碰觸與轉軸接觸後，按下計時碼錶按鈕，同步啟動轉計與碼
