STREAM TYPE: STREAM TYPE shows the type of the elementary stream. STREAM TYPE is the same as the stream_type described in the corresponding program

FRAMES: If 50/60 in the SOURCE pack is 0 then 00 to 29. If 50/60 in the SOURCE pack is 1 then 00 to 24. SECONDS: 00 to 59 MINUTES: 00 to 59 HOUR
