3、reating investigation inefficiencies.Lesson(s) Learned: Proper security clearances are necessary for key personnel conducting accident investigations.Recommendation(s): a71 Re-evaluate NASAs clearance requirements and present them to the Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of energy (DoE).a71
