This standard provides detailed methods for fiber optic cableselection, handling, marking, and repair.1.1.1 Applicability. These criteria apply to installations on specific shipswhen invoked by the gov
24、erning ship specification or other contractual document. Theyare intended primarily for new construction; however, they are also applicable forconversion or alteration of existing ships.
