29、s, At the time the repeated test or tests are made, the same test or tests shall be made with the master powde and the results obtained shall be used aa the basis of comparison for judging the chiracteristics of the lot of powder, Should the master powder fail to give results complying with the spec

30、ification, the Government Inspector ahall invcstigate the conditions of testing, a8 well as the master powder in order to determine and to remove the cause of failure before proceeding with the repeated test or tests of the lat of powder for acceptance. If tz lot of powder fails to pass the required

31、 retest or retests, as described above, it shall be rejected. 5. l?REPARATION FOR DELPVERY 5.9. Packing, - The puwder shall be packed in accordance with on6 level as follows 6,f, 1 Level B, - The powder shall be packed in clean containers complying with tli applicable drawing specified in 2 1, OP as

All containem shall be tested with compressed air for air tightness by the I manufacturer, Containers conforming to Drawing 76-4-46 shall withstand an intern pressure of 1/2, to 1 psi for 1 minuto without leakage, . 5,2 Marking; Marking to insure safe ha

33、ndling shall be in accordance with Inter- state Commerce Commission Regulations for Transportation of Explosives and Other Dangerous Articles. Each container shall be harked as prescribed in MIL-STD-129 with additional marking indicating purchase order or contract numbe ,place and date packed, lot n
