To determine the friction coefficient of window-regulator tube, which affects the performance of glass guidance system. The information is used in Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) model to predict the
3、performance of glass guidance system. 1.2 Foreword. Not applicable. 1.3 Applicability. This procedure applies to all cable-drive regulator system. 2 References Note: Only the latest approved standards are applicable unless otherwise specified. 2.1 External Standards/Specifications. None 2.2 GM Stand
4、ards/Specifications. None 3 Resources 3.1 Facilities. Not applicable. 3.1.1 Calibration. The test facilities and equipment shall be in good working order and shall have a valid calibration label. 3.1.2 Alternatives. Alternative test facilities and equipment may also be used. However, all measuring v
5、ariables as specified in this standard shall be determined correctly with respect to their physical definition. 3.2 Equipment. 3.2.1 Fixed rigid fixture that can support a cable conduit with a 100 mm radius. 3.2.2 Weights. 3.3 Test Vehicle/Test Piece. Production intent cable conduit and production i

Where: T1 = Hanging weight 1 T2 = Hanging weight 2 r = Radius of cable conduit in
