2、hnology. 1. PURPOSE The purpose of this standard is to establish the material property of the film used in automotive exterior trim and control the quality. 2. SCOPE The explanation for parts in the lower part of automotive exterior trim, cautions and film of trim lamp. 3. MATERIAL Film applied with

3、 adhesive in one side and covered with protectant. (If possible, the film side has the impact resistance.) 4. REQUIREMENTS Designations Test Methods Specifications 4.1. Structure 4.1.1. 10、The test piece adhered to steel plate shall be dipped into test fuel at normal temperature for 10 seconds, removed from fuel and dried for 20 seconds. (to and fro 10 times) No change of adhesive side surface of test piece and luster.4.3.4. Resistance to cleaning Test solution : water 100vol% +automo

11、bile shampoo 1voL% The test piece adhered to steel plate shall be dipped into test solution at normal temperature for 24 hours. No change of adhesion4.3.5. 14、gth are cut and adhered to overlap 10mm from the vertex of sheet plate at 23 and 50 (hair drier) respectively. - Test condition: +235K24 hr +8024 hr +2324 hr 4.3.8. Resistance to cleaning Test solution : water 80vol% +petroleum 20vol% Temperature of solution : +80 The half of test piece adhered to s

15、teel plate is applied with protective wax (L0000555) and stored 24hours at +235K. The detergent of high temperature and pressure is spouted on the whole surface of test piece for 30 seconds. The distance of test piece surface and jet is 205cm. No surface change and detachment of adhesive area.4.4. S

16、urface change test of film in adhesion 4.4.1. Resistance to fuel The test surface is rubbed to and fro with the cotton soaked to GME L0001, 6 times with a force of 102N. No discoloration4.4.2. Protectant test for steel plate Primer-coated and phosphated sheet metal shall be 250100 mm. The both side

17、of film is strongly rubbed with a protectant for 5 seconds. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS 5.1. No other s

18、pecial changes must occur for at least 12 months when stored at +5 to +30 in dry condition without direct solar radiation. 5.2. No permanent marks must remain when the force is exerted enough to write on the surface of screen printing and the protectant shall be easily removed without breaking of fi

19、lm. 5.3. For details, refer to drawings. 6. APPROVAL AND QUALITY ASSURANCE PROCEDURE All raw material shall be approved and regularly inspected for its quality prior to and during mass production delivery according to approval and quality assurance procedure for chemical raw materials (Spec. no. EDS

20、-M-0102) 7. AUTOMOTIVE RESTRICTED HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES Materials and components of parts must comply with EDS-A-0101. 8.
