2、 SCOPE This specification defines general requirements for raw materials of polycarbonate applied to interior and exterior parts of a vehicle. 2. MATERIAL INDICATION Material indication: PC Detailed contents shall conform to the indication method of synthetic resin materials for vehicles.(Spec. No:

Type 1 : High viscosity raw materials which have high impact resistance, excellent heat resistance, high transparence and are suitable for the molding of thick products. 3.1.2. Type 2 : Medium viscosity raw materials which have high impact resistance, exce

4、llent heat resistance, high transparence and are suitable for the molding of thick products. 3.1.3. Type 3 : Low viscosity raw materials which have high impact resistance, excellent heat resistance, high transparence and are suitable for the molding of thin products. 3.2. Group 2 3.2.1. Type 1 : Raw

5、 materials which are suitable for molding of lens and have high impact resistance, scratch resistance, and high transparence. Ex) Head lamp, License lamp 3.3. Group 3 3.3.1. Test piece Test pieces shall be prepared with injection molding. Unless ot

11、herwise specified in the requirements of clause 4, they shall be conditioned at 235K and a relative humidity of 50% for 24 hours or more. 5.2.
