12、eady for processing. 6 Anforderungen / Requirements 6.1 Allgemeine Anforderungen I General Requirements Die Mindestwerte der wichtigsten physikalischen, mechanischen und thermischen Eigenschaften sind in Tabellen zusammengefat. Die in den Tabellen angefhrten Werte werden, wenn nicht anders an- gegeb

13、en, an Probekrpem nach den dort angefhrten Prfnormen ermittelt. Alle Probekrper werden im Spritzgieverfahren unter optimalen Bedingungen hergestellt. Die Prfungen erfolgen bei einer Temperatur von +23C f 5 K und einer relativen Luftfeuchte von (50 f 5) %. Zustzliche in den Tabel- len nicht erfate Ei

14、genschaften (z.B. Brandschutzmittel) werden durch Kennbuchstaben nach der je- weiligen Spezifikationsnummer angegeben. Die Farbeinstellung wird in Zeichnungen, Werkstoflvor- Schriften und dergl. vorgeschrieben. / The minimum requirements regarding the important physical, mechanical and thermal prope

15、rties are summerized in charts. If not otherwise specified the values listed in the charts will be determined on test pieces according to the respective specifications listed. All test pieces shall be injection moulded and manufactured under optimum conditions. The test shall be made at a temperatur

16、e of +23C f 5 K and a relative humidity of (50 f 5) %. Additional characteristics (e.9. flame retardant)not included in the charts will be indicated by code letters according to the respective specification number. The colour shall be specified on drawings, in material specifications and otherwise.

Die aus den Formmassen hergestellten Formteile mssen fr die Beanspruchung der an der Einsatz- stelle auftretenden Medien, wie aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, Kraft- und Schmierstoffe, Oie, Fette und Alkohole, tauglich sein. Sie drfen nicht mit aroma

20、tischen Kohlenwasserstoffen, Ammoniak, Aminen und alkalischen wssrigen Lsungen in Kontakt kommen. Die Formmassen mssen nach 4 h Trocknung bei +80“C verarbeitbar sein. The flame retardant shall not generate poisonous substances as dioxine or similar at the thermal recycling (refuse destructor) of the

21、 moulding compounds respectively manufactured parts from this (e.g. no brominated diphenyl). All shaped parts manufactured from moulding compounds shall be resistant to the media they get in contact with at their places of use, as, aliphatic hydrocarbons, fuels, lubricants, oils, grease and alcohols

22、. They shall not be in contact with aromatic hydrocarbons, ammonia, amine and alkaline aqueous solution.
