According to 80/1269/EEC, the vehicle manufacturer shall ensure Conformity of Production (COP) by effective control and test procedures and to document the results. 1.3 Applicability. This Test Procedure is applica- ble to all engine plants which produce and sell ga

3、soline and diesel engines for OPEL vehicles within the valid territory of the EU. The test shall be performed on the engine test stand in the relevant engine plant. 1.4 Definitions. EMS. 6、uction (COP) durch wirksame Kontrollen und Prfverfahren sowie durch deren Dokumentation sicherzustellen. 1.3 Anwendbarkeit. Diese Test Procedure gilt fr alle Motorenwerke, die fr OPEL-Fahrzeuge Otto- und Dieselmotoren produzieren und im Geltungs- bereich der EU-Richtlinien verkaufen. Die Prfung ist

All test facilities and equipment shall be functional and shall bear a valid calibra- tion sticker. 3.1.1 Test Stand. An engine test stand with a sufficient operating range

19、for the maximum torque and engine speed shall be used; the engine shall be mounted on this stand in the same installation position as that in the vehicle. Required adapta- tions to the test stand (e.g. for transverse installa- tion) are permissible. When using a transmission / powertrain (standard f

20、or OPEL), the friction losses shall be compensated or corrected mathematically according to the following formula: (see paragraph 5.1.1) 1 lice Md =-.Munk 3.1.1 .i Accuracy of Measurements. Equipment includes all power- related components, which are required for opera- tion of the engine in the vehicle, particularly the intake system, exhaust system and

22、electrical system. The intake and exhaust systems shall be installed according to the location in the vehicle. If a battery is required for operation of the engine, it shall be fully charged. An additional test stand ventilator can be used for cooling the engine on the test stand; this ventilator sh

23、all be operated independently of the engine electric system. 3.3 Test Vehicle I Test Piece. 3.3.1 Measurement is performed on engines from current production. 2.2 GM. 2.3 Zustzliche. Zur Prfung der Motorleistung ist ein Motorenprfstand mit einem fr das Maximal- drehmoment und die Maximaldrehzahl des Motors ausreichenden Betriebsbereich zu verwenden, auf dem der Motor bezglich Einbaulage wie im Fahr- zeug aufzubauen ist. 25、wendige Anpassungen an den Prfstand (2.6. fr Quereinbau) sind zu- lssig. Bei Verwendung eines Getriebes / An- triebsstranges (bei OPEL Standard), sind die Rei- bungsverluste zu kompensieren bzw. rechnerisch nach folgender Formel ZU korrigieren: (siehe Abschnitt 5.1 .l) 1 Munk Md =-. Die Ausrstung umfasst alle leistungsrelevanten Komponen

27、ten, die fr den Betrieb des Motors im Fahrzeug erforderlich sind, insbesondere das Einlasssystem, das Abgassys- tem und die elektrische Anlage. Einlass- und Auslasssystem sind entsprechend der Anordnung im Fahrzeug aufzubauen. Ist fr den Betrieb des Motors eine Batterie notwendig, muss diese voll- s

28、tndig geladen sein. Zur Khlung des Motors auf dem Prfstand kann ein zustzlicher Pnifstandslfter benutzt werden, der unabhngig von der Motorelektrik betrieben werden muss. 3.3 Versuchsfahrzeug I Probekrper. 3.3.1 Die Messung wird an Motoren aus der lau- fenden Produktion durchgefhrt. The standard cooler may be replaced by a test stand system,

30、 whereby the drop in pres- sure and temperature in the intercooler shall cor- respond to the values specified by the manufac- turer of the complete vehicle. 3.3.3 Components which are required exclusively for operation of the vehicle but are attached to the engine and cannot be removed (e.g. power-

31、steering pump, air-conditioner compressor, etc.) may be included in calculations. The idling power consumption of the components shall be deter- mined and added to the measured power. 3.4 Test Time. Not applicable. 3.5 Test Required Information. Not applicable. 3.6 Personnel / Skills. Not applicable

32、. 4 Procedure 4.1 Preparation. 4.1 .l The engine shall have been run in for 2 1 O h according to GME L-6R-1. The difference in torque and power of a fully run-in engine (running time 2 40 h according to GME L-6R-1) shall be known and taken into account using the correction factors F Ein1 M (for maxi

33、mum torque) and F Ein1 p (for maximum power) (see paragraph 5.1 .i). 34、e fuel supply (PKraffsti delivery rate of pump) shall conform to the vehicle conditions. 4.1.4 The temperature of the intake air for com- bustion shall be measured at a distance of 0.15 m max. from the air cleaner snorkel inlet. The thermocouple shall be protected against heat radiation and be locat

35、ed directly in the air current. 3.3.2 Ladeluftgekhlte Motoren sind mit Ladeluft- khlung zu prfen. Der serienmige Khler darf durch ein Prfstandssystem ersetzt werden, wobei Druck- und Ternperaturabfall im Ladeluftkhler den vom Hersteller fr das vollstndige Fahrzeug angegebenen Werten entsprechen msse

36、n. 3.3.3 Komponenten, die ausschlielich fr den Betrieb des Fahrzeugs erforderlich, aber am Mo-, tor angebracht sind und nicht ausgebaut werden knnen (z.B. Lenkhilfspumpe, Klimakompressor, o.), drfen rechnerisch bercksichtigt werden. Dazu ist die Leerlaufleistung der Komponenten zu ermitteln und zur

37、gemessenen Leistung zu addie- ren. 3.4 Prfzeit. Nicht anwendbar. 3.5 Zum Prfen bentigte Informationen. Nicht anwendbar. 3.6 Personal / Fhigkeiten. Nicht anwendbar. 4 Durchfhrung 4.1 Vorbereitung. 4.1.1 Der Motor muss einen Einlauf von 2 i0 h nach GME L-6R-1 absolviert haben. Der Unter- schied zu Dre

38、hmoment und Leistung des voll eingelaufenen Motors (Laufzeit 2 40 h nach GME L-6R-1) muss bekannt sein und ist mittels der Korrekturfaktoren F Ein1 M (fr maximales Drehmoment) und F (fr maximale Leistung) zu bercksichtigen (siehe Abschnitt 5.1.1). 40、Temperatur der Ansaugluft fur die Verbrennung muss in einem Abstand von 0.15 m max. vor Eintritt in den Luftfilterschnorchel gemessen werden. The engine shall be run at the engine speed for maximum torque, at full load until the following stabil

42、ity criteria have been fulfilled: - Speed change An I3 min- within 10 s - Torque change AMu& 5 3 Nm within 1 O s - Change in oil sump temperature ATO, I 1 “C within 15 s 4.1.6 Learning Procedure (Gasoline Engines only). Before the full-load measurement is started, the engine shall have been subjecte

43、d to a defined engine and EMS-specific learning proce- dure. After this adaptation procedure has been completed, the throttle valve shall be fully opened, the starting speed of the full-load measurement adjusted and the operating point stabilized. 4.2 Conditions. 4.2.1 Environmental Conditions. The

44、test condi- tions (air temperature, air pressure) shall be matched to the reference values in order to maintain the correction factors for power and torque as close to 1 .O as possible. Following limit values apply: 80 kPa C Pmg kam C 1 70 kPa Gasoline engines: +15 “C Thsaug +35 “C Diesel engines: +

45、15 “C Thsaug +40 “C 4.2.2 Test Conditions. Deviations from the re- quirements of this test procedure shall have been agreed upon. Such requirements shall be speci- fied on component drawings, test certificates, reports etc. 4.2.2.1 Reference to the nominal values for power and torque shall be taken

46、from the documentation Published Engine Power Values“ from the ITDC Regulations & EnvironmenUType Testing depart- ment. 4.2.2.2 The coolant water temperature is con- trolled via the engine thermostat and shall be within I5 “C of the upper control temperature of the thermostat. 4.1.5 Konditionierung

47、des Motors. Vor Durch- fhrung der Messungen ist der Motor votzukondi- tionieren bzw. wamufahren. Dazu ist der Motor bei der Drehzahl des maximalen Drehmoments in der Vollast CO lange zu betreiben, bis folgende Stabilittskriterien erfllt sind: - Drehzahlnderung An I3 min- innerhalb von 10 s I - Drehm

48、omentnderung AMuw I3 Nm innerhalb von 1 O s - lsumpftemperaturnderung ATO, Il “C innerhalb von 15 s 4.1.6 Lernprozedur (nur Ottomotor). Vor dem Start der Vollast-Messung muss der Motor einer definierten Motor- und EMS-spezifischen Lempro- zedur unterzogen werden. Nach Abschluss dieses Adaptionsproze

49、sses ist die Drosselklappe voll zu ffnen, die Startdrehzahl der Vollast-Messung einzustellen und der Betnebspunkt zu stabilisie- ren. 4.2 Bedingungen. 4.2.1 Umgebungsbedingungen. Die Prfbedin- gungen (Lufttemperatur, Luftdruck) mssen den Bezugsgren angenhert sein, um die Korrek- turfaktoren von Leistung und Drehmoment mg- lichst im Bereich von I .O zu halten.
