The final drive toothing

12、ations. 3.1.2 Install transmission assembly on the test bench to conform with vehicle installation position and enga- ge is gear. 3.1.3 Top up with approved fluid quantity and type. 3.1.4 Attach thermostatically controlled water cooling on the equalising cover. 3.1.5 Attach the requisite test sensor

Such require- ments shall be specified on component drawings, test certificates, reports etc. 3.3 Instructions 3.3.1 The final drive toothing is tested in drive condition with 1 gear engaged. 3.3.2 The transmission shall run without run-in pr

20、ogram, that means as new. 3.3.3 Each gear set shall be tested until the gear toothing fractures. Bemerkung: Md von Abschnitt 3.2.2.1 gilt, wenn es kleiner ist als Md nach Abschnitt 3.2.2.2; andernfalls gilt Md nach Abschnitt 3.2.2.2 als Antriebsmoment fr die Pr- fung. 3.2.3 Die Temperatur des Getrie

21、bes ist auf +80C & 5 K whrend des Versuches konstant zu halten. 3.2.4 Abweichungen Abweichungen von den Bedingungen dieses Prf- Verfahrens mssen vereinbart werden. Gang. 3.3.2 Das Getriebe luft ohne Einlaufprogramm, d.h. neuwertig. 3.3.3 Jeder Zahnradsatz ist bis zum Bruch der Verzah- nung zu erproben.
