During the measurement, the test piece shall not be noticeably deformed. 2.2.2 Megert

The area

20、from which test pieces are to be taken from components shall be clearly indicated on drawings, material specifications etc. Test pieces shall be free from voids, stratifications and skin. 2.3.1.1 Weichelastische Schaumstoffe Aus Fertigteilen sind Probekrper vorzugsweise mit einem Volumen von mindest

21、ens 62,5 cm3 heraus-zuarbeiten. Nach Mglichkeit sollen die Flchen der Probekrper rechtwinklig zueinander stehen. Probe-krper mit anderen Volumen sind besonders anzu-geben. Die Probekrper drfen keine Lunker und Schlieren haben und mssen frei sein von Haut. Lage und Entnahmestellen sind in Zeichnungen

22、, Werkstoff-vorschriften u. dergl. gesondert anzugeben. 2.3.1.2 Trim materials Wherever possible test pieces having an area of 100 cm2 and of maximum uniform thickness shall be taken. Test pieces of smaller dimensions may be tested or alternatively several components or test pieces therefrom, to giv

23、e the requipment test area. 2.3.1.2 Polsterwerkstoffe Aus dem zur Verfgung stehenden Werkstoff oder aus Fertigteilen sind Probekrper mit einer Flche von 100 cm2 herauszuarbeiten. Bei Fertigteilen mit geringeren Flchen wird die grtmgliche Flche bzw. werden mehrere Fertigteile zur Prfung ver-wendet. 2

For routine quality control

28、 purposes a minimum of 1 test piece shall be tested. 2.3.2.2 Polsterwerkstoffe Bei Erstbemusterungen und in Schiedsfllen sind mindestens 3 Probekrper, fr die laufende Quali-ttsberwachung ist mindestens 1 Probekrper zu prfen. 3 Procedure 3 Durchfhrung 3.1 Preparation 3.1 Vorbereitung 3.1.1 Flexible C

29、ellular Materials 3.1.1 Schaumstoffe 3.1.1.1 For initial sample approval and arbitration purposes, tests shall not be performed less than 7 days after manufacture and for routine quality control not less than 72 h after manufacture. 3.1.1.1 Bei Erstbemusterung und in Schiedsfllen ist die Prfung nich

30、t frher als 7 Tage, fr die laufende Qualittsberwachung nicht frher als 72 h nach der Herstellung durchzufhren. 3.1.1.2 Isuzu only Tests shall not be performed less than 24 h after manufacture. 3.1.1.2 Gilt nur fr Isuzu Die Prfungen sollen nicht frher als 24 h nach der Herstellung durchgefhrt werden.

31、 3.1.1.3 Immediately prior to test, test pieces shall be pre dried for 3 h at +70C 3 K and then conditioned to GMI 60300 - B 1 -. Not used by Isuzu Motors Ltd. 3.1.1.3 Unmittelbar vor der Prfung werden die Probekrper nach GMI 60300 - B 1-, vorbehandelt, jedoch vorher Trocknung 3 h bei +70C 3 K. Wird

32、 bei Isuzu nicht durchgefhrt. 3.1.2 Trim Materials Conditioning shall be made to GMI 60300 - A 2 -. 3.1.2 Polsterwerkstoffe Die Probenvorbehandlung wird nach GMI 60300-A 2 durchgefhrt. 3.1.3 Isuzu only Trim Materials Pre-condition all test pieces at 20C 2 K and 65 5 % for a minimum of 6 h prior to t

33、esting. 3.1.3 Gilt nur fr Isuzu Polsterwerkstoffe Vor der Prfung werden alle Proben fr 6 h Minimum bei 20C 2 K und 65 5 % vorbehandelt. 3.2 Conditions 3.2 Prfbedingungen 3.2.1 The test shall be conducted at +23C 5 K imme-diately after the conditioning. 3.2.1 Die Prfung wird unmittelbar nach der Prob

36、d auf Teilezeichnungen vorgeschrie-ben bzw. mssen auf Prfzeugnissen, Berichten u. dergl. angegeben werden. 3.3 Instructions The dimensions of the test piece shall be deter-mined to the nearest 0.1 mm and the volume calcu-lated. The test piece shall then be weighed to the nearest 0.001 g. 3.3 Prfanle

39、he arithmetic average of the in-dividual values and additionally as individual values rounded to the nearest 1 kg/m3 for values up to 100 kg/m3 and to the nearest 5 kg/m3 for values above 100 kg/m3. 3.4.3 Darstellung Unter Hinweis auf dieses Prfverfahren werden die ermittelten Einzelwerte als arithm
