4、ification defines the functional test and durability test conditions of automotive blade type electric fuses and high current time lag electric fu- ses (Maxi-Fuse), which are only called fuses in the following text. 1.2 Definitions 1.2.1 Nominal Current IN The nominal current IN is the current used

5、for iden- tiwing the fuse. 1.2.2 Test Current Ip The test current Ip is the current value used to in- vestigate the timekurrent characteristic. 1.2.3 Voltage Drop AU The voltage drop AU is the voltage across the fuse measured at nominal current IN and according the test method of paragraph 6.2.3. 1.

6、2.4 Interruption Time t The interruption time t is the time which the fuse needs to blow at a test current lo. 2 Applicable Documents 2.1 Order of Precedence In the event of a conflict between the text of the specification and the documents cited herein, the text of the specification takes precedenc

7、e. Nothing in the specification, however, supersedes applicable laws and regulations unless a specific exemption has been obtained. Remark: In the event of a conflict between the English and the domestic language, the English language shall take precedence. 1 Einleitung 1.1 Zweck Diese Vorschrift um

8、fat die Funktionsprfung und Dauerprfbedingungen der im Fahrzeuge zum Ein- bau kommenden Flachsicherungseinstre und Hochstromsicherungen (Maxi-Fuse), im folgenden als Sicherungen bezeichnet. 1.2 Definitionen 1.2.1 Nennstrom IN Der Nennstrom IN der Sicherung ist der elektrische Strom, nach dem die Sic

9、herung benannt ist. 1.2.2 Prfstrom Ip Der Prfstrom Ip ist der Wert des Stromes, bei dem die Ermittlung der Abschmelueit erfolgt. 1.2.3 Spannungsfall AU Der Spannungsfall AU ist die Spannung, die bei dem Nennstrom IN an der Sicherung in dem Prf- verfahren nach Pos. 6.2.3 gemessen wird. 1.2.4 Abschmel

10、ueit t Die Abschmelueit t ist die Zeit, nach der die Siche- rung bei einem Prfstrom ip den Stromflu unter- bricht. 2 Anwendbare Dokumente 2.1 Rangfolge der Dokumente Im Falle eines Widerspruchs vom Text der Spezifi- kation und den Dokumenten, die in der Spezifikation enthalten sind, hat der Text der

18、ing according to this in- struction a minimum of 50 fuses of one type shall be delivered together with a specific test report to EN 10204-2.3. The voltage drops and interruption times of the presented test samples shall represent the productions tolerance band. If this requirement is not given by th

19、e fuses, it will be necessary that the productions tolerances of the asked values will be given in the test report in addition to the single va- lues. 4 Conditioning The tests shall be done in non-moving air and at a temperature of +23“C f 3K unless other specified. Each test part has to fulfil the

20、defined values and requirements. The fuse has to operate up to a ma- ximum operating voltage of 32 V. 5 Resources The test equipment shall be able to measure the values on a physical right way. Specially the used direct currents and voltages d.c. shall be constant with a tolerance of i 1%. A toleran

21、ce of I 3% shall be considered for time period measurements. 5.1 Calibration The test facilities and equipment shall be operable and shall have a valid calibration lable. 5.2 Alternatives Alternative test facilities and equipment may also be used. However, all measuring variables as specified in thi

22、s specification shall be determined correctly with respect to its physical definition. 5.3 Facilities N. a. 3 Probekrper Zur Bemusterung und Freigabeprfung nach dieser Vorschrift sind mindestens 50 Stck Sicherungen eines Typs in Verbindung mit einem Werksprf- Zeugnis nach EN 10204-2.3 anzuliefern. 23、s wird er- wartet, da bei den vorgelegten Prfmustern die Spannungsflle und Abschmelueiten den Toleranz- bereich der Produktionsstreubreite darstellen. Wird diese Voraussetzung von den Sicherungen nicht erfllt, mssen in dem Werkszeugnis, abgesehen von den Eintelmewerten, die Toleranzbereiche der Prod

24、uktionsstreubreite fr diese geforderten Kenn- gren angegeben sein. 4 Probenvorbehandlung Die Prfungen sind, wenn nicht anders vorge- schrieben, bei +23“C f 3K in ruhender Atmosphre durchzufhren. Die festgelegten Kennwerte und Forderungen mssen von jedem Prfmuster erfllt werden. Die Funktion der Sich

25、erung mu bis zu einer maximalen Prfspannung von 32 V gegeben sein. 5 Gerte und Einrichtungen Die Prfgerate sind so zu whlen, da die zu be- stimmenden Gren physikalisch richtig erfat wer- den. Insbesondere sind die zur Messung verwen- deten Gleichstrme und Gleichspannungen auf f 1% konstant zu halten

Bei Zeitmessungen ist eine Genauigkeit von 5 3% einzuhalten. 5.1 Kalibrierung Alle Prfeinrichtungen und -ausrstungen mssen funktionsfhig sein und eine gltige Kalibrierplakette haben. 5.2 Alternativen Es knnen auch alternative Prfeinrichtungen und -ausrstungen verwendet werden. Alle Mevan- ablen, w

27、ie sie in dieser Vorschrift angegeben wer- den, mssen jedoch in Bezug auf ihre physikalische Definition korrekt festgelegt werden. 5.3 Einrichtungen N. a. 30、 dem Nennstrom IN belastet. Die Ermittlung des Spannungsfalls erfolgt an beiden Flachsteckern = 13 mm hinter dem Austritt aus dem Kunststoffkrper, in der Prfvorrichtung an den Mepunkten A und B (siehe Abb. 5), nachdem sich das thermische Gleichgewicht eingestellt hat (= 15 Minuten). 38、 of 32 V The current is adjusted by using resistors or by u- sing the electronic current adjustment of the power supply. The fuse is tested by a test current of Ip = 1.35 x IN at an ambient temperature of +23“C i 3K. After interruption the voltage at the fuse element is 32 V. The current flow shall

39、be interrup- ted at this voltage. 6.2.6 Durability Test The supplier shall confirm the performance of these requirements in the suppliers certificate. 6.2.6.1 Transient Current Cycling 10 fuses shall be subjected to a durability test with for 50 O00 cycles. 1 transient currents as shown in the follo

41、: Abschrnelueiten Hochstromsicherung 6.2.5 Funktion bei 32 V Prfspannung Die Einstellung des Stromes geschieht mittels Vor- widerstnden oder durch die elektronische Strom- begrenzung des Spannungsversorgungsgertes. Die Sicherung wird bei einer Prftemperatur von +23“C I3K mit einem Prfstrom Ip = 1,35

42、 x IN be- lastet. Nach dem Auslsen der Sicherung steht an dem zerstrten Sicherungsdraht eine Spannung von 32 V an. Bei dieser Spannung mu die Unterbre- chung des Strompfades gewhrleistet sein. 6.2.6 Dauerprfung Die Erfllung dieser Anforderungen ist im Werks- Zeugnis durch den Lieferanten zu besttige
