20、 a tempera-ture of +70C 3 K shall be employed as test fluid;the tank shall be filled up to its nominal capacity.The interior of the tank shall be subjected to agauge pressure of 0.3 bar min. at a temperature of+70C 3 K for a duration of (8 /+0,5) h.During and after the test period, the tank shall no

21、tsuffer leakage. Permanent deformations are per-mitted insofar as these do not entail any impair-ment of function or serviceability.3.2.2.1 Mechanische FestigkeitDer Kraftstoffbehlter ist auf Dichtheit und Forms-teifigkeit zu prfen. Als Prfflssigkeit ist Wassermit einer Temperatur von +70C 3 K zu ve

Der Behlter ist einemberdruck im Inneren von 0,3 bar min. bei einerTemperatur von +70C 3 K ber einen Zeitraumvon (8 /+0,5) h auszusetzen.Whrend und nach der Prfung darf der Behlternicht undicht werden, bleibende Verformungen si

24、weldseams, welded-on nipples and fittings and screwconnections - shall remain tight when subjected toan internal gauge pressure of 40 kPa min.For this test, all connections, fittings and nipplesshall be hermetically sealed and the tank immersedin water. The test pressure shall be maintained fora dur

25、ation of t 5 min. No gas (air bubbles) shallemerge during the test.3.2.3.1 DichtheitsprfungDer Behlter einschlielich aller Quetsch- undSchweinhte, angeschweiten Nippel und Stutzensowie Schraubanschlsse mu bei einem innerenberdruck von 40 kPa min. dicht sein.Zur Prfung werden alle Anschlsse, Stutzen

27、ns simi-lar to installation, in accordance with DIN 53758.The tank shall be filled with tap water at a tempera-ture of +20C r 3 K. Next all connection points shallbe sealed. The test pressure of t 300 kPa shall beachieved within (3 to 5) min and maintained fort 1 min. Pinch-off and weld seams shall

28、remaintight, screw connections and threads shall not sufferany damage.3.2.3.2 BerstdruckprfungDer Behlter mu einem Prfdruck von 300 kPastandhalten.Die Prfung erfolgt unter einbauhnlichen Bedin-gungen in Anlehnung an DIN 53758.Der Behlter wird mit Leitungswasser von+20C r 3 K gefllt und anschlieend w

37、gszeit entsprechend Ab-schnitt 3.2.3.9.3.2.3.4 Resistance to Shock Load(Test complies with ECE R34, Annex 5)A single impact shock shall be applied to thosesurfaces of the tank which are at risk of damagedue to their position when installed in the vehicle(see drawing). The tank shall not suffer leaks

38、 orpermanent deformation as a result of this impact.For the test, the tank shall be filled to its nominalcapacity with a water-glycol mixture (54 : 46). Allconnections and apertures shall be sealed, then thetank shall be maintained at a temperature of-40C r 3 K for a duration of 12 h 3 min. Theimpac

39、t shock test shall be performed with the aid ofa pendulum impact testing machine.The impact body of the pendulum impact testershall take the form of a right-angled, symmetricaltriangle pyramid with chamfer radii of 3 mm at thetip and edges.With an impact body mass of 15 kg, the workingenergy at the

40、moment of impact shall be30 Nm min.3.2.3.4 Bestndigkeit gegen Stobeanspru-chung(Prfung entspricht ECE R34, Anhang 5)Bei einem einmaligen Sto auf die wegen ihrerEinbaulage am Fahrzeug als beschdigungsge-fhrdet anzusehenden Prfflchen des Behlters(siehe Zeichnung) drfen keine Undichtigkeiten undbleiben

41、den Verformungen auftreten.Zur Prfung wird der Behlter bis zum Nenninhaltmit einem Wasser-Glykol-Gemisch (54 : 46) befllt,alle Anschlsse und ffnungen verschlossen, an-schlieend 12 h 3 min bei -40C r 3 K gelagert.Die Stoprfung erfolgt mit einem Pendelschlag-prfgert.Der Stokrper des Pendelschlagwerkes

42、 mu alsrechtwinklige, gleichseitige Dreieckspyramide mitAbrundungsradien von 3 mm an der Spitze und denKanten ausgebildet sein.Bei einer Stokrpermasse von 15 kg mu dieArbeitsenergie zum Zeitpunkt des Aufpralls30 Nm min. betragen.3.2.3.5 Testing of Pinch-Off and Weld SeamsTest pieces with a seam leng

43、th of (15 2) mm shallbe taken from the finished part. The test piecesshall be clamped up to the seam and bent by(90 5) (bending radius R5), so that the weldseam is stretched on the inside.The test pieces shall not break (crazing is permissi-ble).Cracks are not permissible.3.2.3.5 Prfung der Quetsch-
