REQUIREMENTS3.1 COLOR Grey to black3.2 DENSITY 2.4 +/- 0.2 g/cm3(ASTM D 792, Method A-1)3.3 THICKNESS 3.5 mm +/- 10 % or as specified(Slide gauge) on the Engineering drawing3.4 SHORE HARDNESS “A“ 75 +/- 5(ASTM D 2240, 15 s dwell)3.5 HEAT RESISTANCE No permanent deformation

5、.6 COLD RESISTANCENo crackingTest Method:1) Place a stee l ball of 20 mm dia, mass 225 g and a 100 x 100 mmpiece of material under test for 4 hours at - 30 +/- 1 C in a coldbox.2) Place th e test piece horizontally on a base plate and normal tothe direction of impact.3) While still in the cold box d
6、rop the steel ball to the middle ofthe test piece from a height of 1000 mm.3.7 MOISTURE ABSORPTION, max 15 %Test Method:1) Weigh a test piece of 100 x 100 mm nearest to 0.5 g.2) Condition the sample in suspen ded position at 98 +/- 2 % relativehumidity and 38 +/- 2 C for 24 hours.3) After 1 hour at
