SCOPE The materials defined by these specifications are glass fiber reinforced mineral filled novalak type phenolic molding comp
3、ound suitable for compression molding. Preforms may be RF preheated or screw preheated slugs. 2. APPLICATION These specifications were released originally for material used for disc brake caliper pistons. Essential requirements include low coefficient of thermal expansion, low deflection under load,
4、 high dimensional stability, and good long-term resistance to elevated temperature and brake fluid. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). A
