Unlessitisexplicitlystatedontheorde

40、r,noobligationshallbeplacedonthemanufacturertousethesame processesforsubsequentandsimilarorders. Billetchangeswithinonecutlengthofextrudedproductshallnotbepermitted.Unlessotherwiseagreedthe manufacturershalldefinetheextenttowhichthetransitionzonebetweentwoextrudedlengthshastobe discarded. 5.2Quality

41、 assurance Themanufacturershallestablishandmaintainaqualitymanagementsystemwhichshouldbeatleastequivalentto ENISO9001. Furthermore,theorderingrailtransportenterprisemayrequireaformalapprovalofthemanufactureraccordingtoa specifiedprocedure. Themanufacturershallestablishandmaintaininspectionplansdefin

42、ingallinspectionsandteststobeperformed ontheproducttofulfiltherequirementsofthisstandardandanyotherrequirementagreedaccordingto4.g),the frequencyoftheinspectionsandtestsandthetypeofrecordtobeestablished.Theinspectionplanshallspecify foreachinspectionortestwhetheritistobeperformedpercast,perextrusion

43、lot,perheattreatmentbatch,per inspectionlotorperanyotherlotofimportance.Theinspectionplanshallconformasaminimumtothetest proceduresandtestrequirementsstipulatedinthisstandard(seetable4).Theinspectionplanshallinclude additionalschemesforappropriateprocesscontrol.Ifrequiredtheinspectionplanshallbesubmittedtothe purchaserforapprovalbeforestartofproduction. Themanufacturershallberesponsibleforcarryingoutallinspectionsandtestsrequiredbythisstandard,priorto theshipmentoftheproduct.Ifthepurchaserwishestoinspecttheproductatthemanufacturersworks,heshall stipulatethisatthetimeofplaci
