This Commercial Item Descript

2、ion covers a Shipley Institute of Living Scale (SILS) psychodiagnostic test designed to assess general intellectual cognitive impairment or ability in individuals with normal original intelligence. Salient characteristics: Shall be able to administer to individuals or groups. Shall be able to test p

3、opulation from ages 14 and up. Shall consist of a 40-item vocabulary test and a 20-item abstract thinking test. Each of the tests has a 10-minute time limit and each test has items arranged in increasing order of difficulty. Shall have 6 score types: vocabulary, abstraction, combined total, conceptu

4、al quotient, abstraction quotient, estimated IQ on (Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale) WAIS or (Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale-Revised) WAIS-R. Unless otherwise specified in the contract or purchase order, the contractor is responsible for the performance of al

7、l inspection requirements as specified herein. Except as otherwise specified in the contract or purchase order, the contractor may use his own or any facilities suitable for the performance of the inspection requirements specified herein, unless disapproved by the Government. The Government reserves

8、 the right to perform any of the inspections set forth in the specification where such inspections are deemed necessary to assure supplies and services conform to prescribed requirements. Records. for the contractor shall be maintained by the contractor and made available to the Government upon the

9、Governments request, at any time, or from time to time, during the performance of the contract and for a period of three years after delivery of the supplies to which such records relate. 16、h-pound units, providing they fall within the tolerances specified using conversion tables contained in the latest revision of Federal Standard 376, and all other requirements of this document are met. If a product is manufactured to metric dimensions and those dimensions exceed the tolerances speci

17、fied in the inch/pound units, a request should be made to the contracting officer to determine if the product is acceptable.
