The individual item requirements shall be in accordance with MIL-C-39024 except as specified herein. In case of conflict between this drawing and the requirements drawing, the latter sha

12、ll govern. 3.2 Desian, construction, and uhvsical dimensions. The design, construction, and physical dimensions shall be as specified on figure 1. 3.3 Material and finish. 3.3.1 m. Brass in accordance with ASTM B16, composition optional, gold plate in accordance with ASTM 8488, type 2, code optional

13、, thickness O. 50pm (20 microinches) over 100 microinches (0.003 mm) minimum nickel. 3.3.2 Surina contact. QUALITY ASSURANCE PROVISIONS 4.1 Qualification insuection. Qualifi

15、cation inspection for contacts specified in this document are not required. 5. PACKAGING 5.1 Packaaina requirements. For acquisition purposes, the packaging requirements shall be as specified in the contract or order (see 6.2). When actual packaging of materiel is to be performed by DoD personnel, t

16、hese personnel need to contact the responsible packaging activity to ascertain requisite packaging requirements. Packaging requirements are maintained by the Inventory Control Points packaging activity within the Military Department or Defense Agency, or within the Military Department or Defense Age

17、ncys automated packaging files, CD-ROM products, or by contacting the responsible packaging activity. 6. NOTES 6.1 Intended use. Test points conforming to this drawing are intended for use when Military Specifications do not exist and qualified military test points that will perform the required fun

18、ction are not available for OEM applications. This drawing is intended exclusively to prevent the proliferation of unnecessary duplicate specifications, drawings, and stock catalog listings. When a Military Specification exists and the product covered by this drawing has been qualified for listing o

19、n QPL-39024, this drawing will be inactivated and will not be used for new design. The QPL-39024 product shall be the preferred item for all applications. 6.2 Acquisition reauirements. The acquisition document should specify the following: a. Complete PIN (see 1.2). b. Requirements for certificate o
