National foreword This document (EN ISO 4833-2:2013) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 34 “Food products” (Secretariat: AFNOR, France/ABNT, Brazil), Subcommittee SC 9 “Microbiology” (Secretariat: AFNOR, France) in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/T
6、C 275 “Food analysis Horizontal methods” (Secretariat: DIN, Germany). Based on the results of parallel voting, ISO 4833-2:2013 has been adopted as a European Standard. The responsible German body involved in its preparation was the Normenausschuss Lebensmittel und landwirtschaftliche Produkte (Food
7、and Agricultural Products Standards Committee), Working Committee NA 057-01-06 AA Mikrobiologische Lebensmitteluntersuchung einschlielich Schnellverfahren. ISO/TC 34/SC 9 decided to revise and subdivide EN ISO 4833 into two parts. EN ISO 4833 Part 1 specifies a horizontal method for the enumeration
8、of microorganisms at 30 C by the pour plate technique and supersedes EN ISO 4833:2003. EN ISO 4833 Part 2 specifies a horizontal method for the enumeration of microorganisms at 30 C by the surface plating technique. DIN EN ISO 4833 consists of the following parts, under the general title Microbiolog
9、y of the food chain Horizontal method for the enumeration of microorganisms: Part 1: Colony count at 30 C by the pour plate technique Part 2: Colony count at 30 C by the surface plating technique The DIN Standards corresponding to the International Standards referred to in this document are as follo
