7、g, ISO 4833-1:2013 has been adopted as a European Standard. EN ISO 4833 Part 1 specifies a horizontal method for the enumeration of microorganisms at 30 C by the pour plate technique and supersedes EN ISO 4833:2003. EN ISO 4833 Part 2 sp
9、ecifies a horizontal method for the enumeration of microorganisms at 30 C by the surface plating technique. DIN EN ISO 4833 consists of the following parts, under the general title Microbiology of the food chain Horizontal method for the enumeration of microorganisms: Part 1: Colony count at 30 C by
