2、 decision taken by CEN/TC 139 Paints and varnishes(Secretariat: Germany) to adopt, without alteration, International Standard ISO 16805 as a European Stand-ard. International Standard ISO 16805:2003 has been prepared by ISO/TC 35/SC 10 Test methods forbinders for paints and varnishes (Secretariat: G

3、ermany).The responsible German body involved in its preparation was the Normenausschuss Beschichtungsstoffeund Beschichtungen (Coatings and Coating Materials Standards Committee), Technical Committee 2 Lack-rohstoffe.When coating powders are subjected to elevated temperatures, there is the risk that

4、 the powder reacts atthe first temperature rise. The heat of reaction thereby released is liable to falsify the measurement result(cf.
