8、g 1 (ISO 12402-5:2006/Amd 1:2010) This amendment A1 modifies the European Standard EN ISO 12402-5:2006; it was approved by CEN on 5 May 2010. CEN members are bound to comply with the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations which stipulate the conditions for inclusion of this amendment into the relevant nat

9、ional standard without any alteration. Up-to-date lists and bibliographical references concerning such national standards may be obtained on application to the CEN Management Centre or to any CEN member. 21、ISO 12402-7 with the exception of ISO 12402-7:2006, 4.1.6.4.” In the third paragraph, replace the first and second sentences with the following: “An inflatable buoyancy aid complying with this part of ISO 12402 shall have automatic or manual inflation that allows for full compliance with all perform

Once this standard is cited in the Official Journal of the European Union under tha

30、t Directive and has been implemented as a national standard in at least one Member State, compliance with the normative clauses of this standard confers, within the limits of the scope of this standard, a presumption of conformity with the relevant Essential Requirements of that Directive and associated EFTA regulations.
