National foreword This document (EN 12209:2016) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 33 “Doors, windows, shutters, building hardware and curtain walling” (Secret

8、ariat: AFNOR, France). The responsible German body involved in its preparation was DIN-Normenausschuss Bauwesen (DIN Standards Committee Building and Civil Engineering), Working Committee NA 005-09-43 AA Riegel- und Fallenschlsser. At the time of publication, it was not possible to make any addition

9、al corrections to the English reference document; therefore national footnotes have been added to the translated German version of the standard. The responsible Technical Committee CEN/TC 33 is aware of the need for correction and it is intended that the corrections will be made during the next revi

DIN EN 12209:2016-10 3 Amendments This standard differs from DIN EN 12209:2004-03 and DIN EN 12209 Corrigendum 1:2006-06 as follows: a) the type of lock that has bee

12、n named latch is now integrated in the definition of locks; b) the number of classifications has been reduced; 1) the field of door application has been integrated in the product information; 2) the type of key operation and locking has been moved to “Security and drill resistance”; 3) the type of s

13、pindle operation has been integrated in the product information; c) a new classification has been introduced for the suitability for use on fire resisting and/or smoke control doorset. Grades A, B and N are represented in Annex A; d) the temperature range has been changed to 10 C to +60 C; e) requir

14、ements, test methods, forces, torques, figures and tables have been renumbered; f) a new requirement for product information has been added; g) the grade for durability at a side force of 10 N has been deleted; h) document EN 12209:2003/AC:2005 has been incorporated in this edition; i) evaluation of
