Without this informat

18、ion, a specification of works as required in 7 ff., 7 EU ff. or 7 VS ff. of VOB/A (DIN 1960) cannot be properly drawn up. This information does not form part of the contract. The specification of works shall, in particular, include the following information as and when applicable. 0.1 Site informati

19、on 0.1.1 Type and state of those parts of structures which are expected to resist or transfer loads from the scaffolding (e.g. their loadbearing capacity). 0.1.2 Type and extent of existing growth in areas to be cleared for the scaffolding. 0.1.3 Dimensions of the areas served by the scaffold with p

20、articulars of any horizontal and vertical ordering by means of projections and returns, cornices, overhangs, etc., including information on height, throughout all construction stages. Any sections or elevation drawings of structures that are relevant to scaffolding work. 0.1.4 Form of excavations. D

21、IN 18451:2016-09 5 0.2 Details of execution of work 0.2.1 Type, number, location, dimensions of scaffolds (e.g. working scaffolds, fall protection scaffolds, falsework, suspended scaffolds, suspended or climbing platforms). 0.2.2 Distance between structure and decking (e.g. for thermal insulation co

22、mposite systems or multi-leaf walling), if deviation from technical provisions is necessary, and any necessary safety provisions (e.g. fitting of board brackets, interior guard rails). 0.2.3 Number, arrangement and height of scaffolding levels. 0.2.4 Number, type, location and dimensions of ladder r

23、uns, stair towers, etc. 0.2.5 Intended purpose of scaffold, description of work to be carried out on scaffold. 0.2.6 For working and fall protection scaffolds, load and width class, and headroom class where required. 0.2.7 For fall protection scaffolds, classes for falling height and height of verti

27、g. braces, or for free standing scaffolds, means of ballasting and work required to distribute loads). 0.2.16 Type of scaffold cladding (e.g. sheeting, netting, and its purpose). 0.2.17 Scaffolding for use on special structures or components (e.g. chimneys, roofs, machinery). 0.2.18 More involved wo

28、rk, such as erection of gantries, erection of scaffolds on roofs and stairs, difficulties in conveying materials (e.g. due to unpaved paths, narrow stairs and hallways, conveyance of materials through small openings or over long distances). 0.2.19 Start and expected duration of hire period. 0.2.20 I

29、nformation as to whether the hiring applies to the scaffold in its entirety or to parts of the scaffold. DIN 18451:2016-09 6 0.2.21 Any modifications to be made to the scaffold by the contractor during the hire period. 0.2.22 Any separate parts of the work prior or subsequent to the main work, such

30、as reassembly or partial dismantling. 0.2.23 Any connections or anchorage to be made to neighbouring structures. 0.2.24 Any use of land owned by third parties. 0.2.25 Measures taken to protect public traffic areas. 0.2.26 Any special protection of building components, equipment, fixtures, furniture,

31、 etc. 0.2.27 Type and extent of required corrosion protection of steel components where these are to be left in the building (see subclause 2.3) (e.g. anchorage elements). 0.3 Details not included in the specifications of this standard 0.3.1 If specifications are to be made that are not included in

32、the specifications of this standard, they shall be described separately and clearly in the specification of works. 0.3.2 Such specifications may be of particular relevance in: subclause 3.4, if faade scaffolds used as working scaffolds are not to have decking on every working level, or if birdcage s

33、caffolds are to have decking on more than one working level, subclause 3.6, if lowering of falsework is to be done by the contractor, subclause 3.9, if anchorages are to be removed from the scaffolded structure when the scaffold is dismantled, subclause 3.10, if there is an alternative arrangement r

34、egarding the duration of the hire period, subclause 3.11, if the basic period is to be other than specified. 0.4 Details of associated tasks and special tasks No details are required supplementary to those given in DIN 18299, subclause 0.4. 0.5 Accounting of works In the specification of works, acco

35、unting of works shall be based on the following: 0.5.1 Area (m2), accounted for separately according to type and dimensions: faade scaffolds used as working or fall protection scaffolds, subaccounted for separately according to load and width class, erection of scaffolds around structures and compon

36、ents with special shapes, suspended scaffolds, suspended or climbing platforms, temporary roofs and the scaffolding supporting them, falsework, cladding for scaffolding. DIN 18451:2016-09 7 0.5.2 Volume (m3), accounted for separately according to type, intended purpose and loading: birdcage scaffold

37、s, falsework. 0.5.3 Length (m), accounted for separately according to type and intended purpose: fall protection scaffolds (e.g. scaffolds intended to arrest the fall of persons or objects, temporary roofs, pedestrian passages), suspended scaffolds, mobile scaffold towers, falsework, walkways, stair

38、 towers (height), gantries, interior guard rails, side rails, brackets, work to ensure distribution of loads. 0.5.4 Number of items, accounted for separately according to intended purpose: faade scaffolds, subaccounted for separately according to load and width class, birdcage scaffolds, subaccounte

39、d for separately according to load class, fall protection scaffolds, suspended scaffolds, mobile scaffold towers, temporary roofs and the scaffolding supporting them, falsework, shoring towers, gantries, stair towers, ladder runs, special scaffolds (e.g. in lift wells, for high-rise buildings, cover

40、s, enclosures, scaffolds around structures and components with special shapes), permanent anchorages, special anchorage elements (e.g. purpose-made anchorages), brackets, work to ensure distribution of loads. 0.5.5 Accounting of works in combination with units of time relating to the hire period (e.

41、g. m2per week or m per week): for hire periods extending beyond the basic period the accounting of works is to include a time unit. DIN 18451:2016-09 8 1 Scope 1.1 This standard applies to the erection, reassembly, dismantling and hire of scaffolds and platforms used as temporary, auxiliary structur

42、es necessary for all types of construction work. 1.2 DIN 18299, clauses 1 to 5 shall also apply. In cases where the specifications of DIN 18299 contradict the present standard, DIN 18451 shall take precedence. 2 Materials and components The specifications of DIN 18299, clause 2 shall be supplemented

43、 as follows: 2.1 The work also covers the reloading onto the lorry of scaffolding materials and components, and their removal from the building site. 2.2 The following standards and other requirements given below cover the most commonly used materials and components. 45、ution of work and hire period The specifications of DIN 18299, clause 3 shall be supplemented as follows: 3.1 Endangered trees, plants and other vegetation shall be protected; the provisions of DIN 18920 shall be observed. Such protective measures count as special tasks (see subclause 4.2.1). DIN 18

46、451:2016-09 9 3.2 The following standards apply to scaffolding: for working scaffolds, fall protection scaffolds (e.g. scaffolds intended to arrest the fall of persons or objects), temporary roofs and mobile scaffold towers, DIN 4420-1 and DIN 4420-3, DIN EN 12810 (all parts) and DIN EN 12811 (all p

47、arts), for falsework, DIN EN 12812, for mobile access and working towers, DIN EN 1004 and DIN EN 1298. 3.3 Reservations according to VOB/B (DIN 1961), 4, clause 3 could involve in particular the following: uneven foundations, foundations that are frozen or not capable of supporting the scaffolding,

48、inadequate conditions for anchoring, for falsework, a foundation that has not been levelled or graded. 3.4 For faade scaffolds used as working scaffolds, every working level is to have decking; for birdcage scaffolds one working level shall have decking. 3.5 Scaffolds shall not have cladding at the time of their erection. 3.6 The lowering of falsework shall not be the responsibility of the contractor. The contractor shall supply the client with operating instructions for the lowering equipment. 3.7 At the time of handover, scaffolds shall b
