Without this informat
18、ion, a specification of works as required in 7 ff., 7 EU ff. or 7 VS ff. of VOB/A (DIN 1960) cannot be properly drawn up. This information does not form part of the contract. The specification of works shall, in particular, include the following information as and when applicable. 0.1 Site informati
19、on 0.1.1 Type and state of those parts of structures which are expected to resist or transfer loads from the scaffolding (e.g. their loadbearing capacity). 0.1.2 Type and extent of existing growth in areas to be cleared for the scaffolding. 0.1.3 Dimensions of the areas served by the scaffold with p
20、articulars of any horizontal and vertical ordering by means of projections and returns, cornices, overhangs, etc., including information on height, throughout all construction stages. Any sections or elevation drawings of structures that are relevant to scaffolding work. 0.1.4 Form of excavations. D

34、egarding the duration of the hire period, subclause 3.11, if the basic period is to be other than specified. 0.4 Details of associated tasks and special tasks No details are required supplementary to those given in DIN 18299, subclause 0.4. 0.5 Accounting of works In the specification of works, acco
35、unting of works shall be based on the following: 0.5.1 Area (m2), accounted for separately according to type and dimensions: faade scaffolds used as working or fall protection scaffolds, subaccounted for separately according to load and width class, erection of scaffolds around structures and compon
36、ents with special shapes, suspended scaffolds, suspended or climbing platforms, temporary roofs and the scaffolding supporting them, falsework, cladding for scaffolding. 37、s, falsework. 0.5.3 Length (m), accounted for separately according to type and intended purpose: fall protection scaffolds (e.g. scaffolds intended to arrest the fall of persons or objects, temporary roofs, pedestrian passages), suspended scaffolds, mobile scaffold towers, falsework, walkways, stair

41、g. m2per week or m per week): for hire periods extending beyond the basic period the accounting of works is to include a time unit. DIN 18451:2016-09 8 1 Scope 1.1 This standard applies to the erection, reassembly, dismantling and hire of scaffolds and platforms used as temporary, auxiliary structur
42、es necessary for all types of construction work. 1.2 DIN 18299, clauses 1 to 5 shall also apply. In cases where the specifications of DIN 18299 contradict the present standard, DIN 18451 shall take precedence. 2 Materials and components The specifications of DIN 18299, clause 2 shall be supplemented
43、 as follows: 2.1 The work also covers the reloading onto the lorry of scaffolding materials and components, and their removal from the building site. 2.2 The following standards and other requirements given below cover the most commonly used materials and components. 45、ution of work and hire period The specifications of DIN 18299, clause 3 shall be supplemented as follows: 3.1 Endangered trees, plants and other vegetation shall be protected; the provisions of DIN 18920 shall be observed. Such protective measures count as special tasks (see subclause 4.2.1). DIN 18
46、451:2016-09 9 3.2 The following standards apply to scaffolding: for working scaffolds, fall protection scaffolds (e.g. scaffolds intended to arrest the fall of persons or objects), temporary roofs and mobile scaffold towers, DIN 4420-1 and DIN 4420-3, DIN EN 12810 (all parts) and DIN EN 12811 (all p
47、arts), for falsework, DIN EN 12812, for mobile access and working towers, DIN EN 1004 and DIN EN 1298. 3.3 Reservations according to VOB/B (DIN 1961), 4, clause 3 could involve in particular the following: uneven foundations, foundations that are frozen or not capable of supporting the scaffolding,
48、inadequate conditions for anchoring, for falsework, a foundation that has not been levelled or graded. 3.4 For faade scaffolds used as working scaffolds, every working level is to have decking; for birdcage scaffolds one working level shall have decking. 3.5 Scaffolds shall not have cladding at the time of their erection. 3.6 The lowering of falsework shall not be the responsibility of the contractor. The contractor shall supply the client with operating instructions for the lowering equipment. 3.7 At the time of handover, scaffolds shall b
