Without this information, a specification of works as required in

29、7 ff., 7 EU ff. or 7 VS ff. of VOB/A (DIN 1960) cannot be properly drawn up. This information does not form part of the contract. The specification of works shall, in particular, include the following information as and when applicable. 0.1 Site information Type and size of free edges and openings t

30、hat are not secured against falling. 0.2 Details of execution of work 0.2.1 Type, condition, and thickness of layers making up the base. 0.2.2 Special thermal and moisture effects on the base in upward or inward direction. 0.2.3 Type of any underfloor heating/cooling system. 0.2.4 Type and treatment

31、 of base surface required (e.g. by brushing, sanding, vacuuming, priming or trowelling). 0.2.5 Type and dimensions of any underlay. DIN 18365:2016-09 6 0.2.6 Dimensions, shade, sectionalizing, surface condition, use class, any special properties and suitability of the flooring (e.g. chair castor res

32、istance, suitability for use in humid rooms). 0.2.7 Any special requirements with regard to the flooring (e.g. in respect of its ability to withstand considerable mechanical or thermal loading, or chemical attack). 39、rances on the flatness of finished surfaces are specified, subclause 3.3, if a smoothing underlayment compound is not to be applied on the base though flooring is to be laid without an underlay, subclause 3.4.1, if an underlay is required, subclause 3.4.3, if flooring is not to be fully bonded (e.g.

40、 is to be left loose, partially fixed by means of adhesive, or tacked), subclause 3.4.4, if the direction in which flooring is laid is not to be at the contractors discretion, subclause 3.4.6, if flooring in door openings, recesses, etc. is not to be laid as specified, subclause 3.4.7, if there are

42、ounting of works In the specification of works, accounting of works shall be based on the following: 0.5.1 Area (m2), accounted for separately according to type of construction and dimensions: preparation of base (e.g. cleaning, application of smoothing underlayment compound, sanding), underlay, flo

43、oring and protective coverings, welding and jointing work. 0.5.2 Length (m), accounted for separately according to type of construction and dimensions: trimming of flanking strip at walls and of coverings, flooring on steps and thresholds, and in recesses, skirtings, profiles, beads, battens; skirti

44、ngs made of the flooring material, borders, angle fillets, and markings and covering of fillets, welding and jointing, working of flooring against vertical components (without fitting cover strips), fitments and furniture, closing of joints. 0.5.3 Number of items, accounted for separately according

45、to type of construction and dimensions: flooring on steps and thresholds, and in recesses, fitting of beads at sides of steps, inlay work and individual marking, DIN 18365:2016-09 8 edge and dividing battens, prefabricated angle and corner skirting, fitting of flooring (e.g. at penetrations, power f

46、eeder pillars, floor tanks, access openings, fitments and furniture). 1 Scope 1.1 This standard specifies requirements relating to the laying of flooring supplied in rolls or as sheets made from linoleum, PVC, rubber, textiles or cork, and to the laying of flooring made of multilayer elements. 1.2 T

47、his standard does not cover the laying of the following types of flooring: natural stone (see DIN 18332), cast stone (see DIN 18333), tiles (see DIN 18352), screed (see DIN 18353), asphalt (see DIN 18354), parquet flooring (see DIN 18356), wood block flooring (see DIN 18367). 1.3 DIN 18299, clauses

48、1 to 5 shall also apply.
