Without this information, a specification of wo

25、rks as required in 7 ff., 7 EU ff. or 7 VS ff. of VOB/A (DIN 1960) cannot be properly drawn up. This information does not form part of the contract. The specification of works shall, in particular, include the following information as and when applicable. 0.1 Site information 0.1.1 Type, location, d

26、imensions and constructional details of any scaffolding installed by other contractors, and schedule for the installation or removal of such scaffolding. 0.1.2 Types of drop edges and openings that are not secured against falling, their size and number. 0.2 Details of execution of work 0.2.1 Type, l

27、ocation, sizes, condition and strength of substrate (e.g. any existing surfaces and coatings, seals, residues of separating agents). DIN 18363:2016-09 5 0.2.2 Location, number and dimensions of sides or faces of doors and windows requiring work (and the materials of which they are made). New, precoa

28、ted components, with number and types of coatings. 0.2.3 Types of coating materials to be used. 0.2.4 Information whether colour shades are to be white, light, medium or dark/deep; any decorative effect required (e.g. metallic, pearl); micaceous iron oxide pigment; colour information according to DI

32、to be observed. 0.2.11 Information whether intumescent paint is to meet flammability requirements as in DIN 4102-1 or other requirements or whether coated components are to have a specified fire resistance as in DIN 4102-2. 0.2.12 Any exceptional physical or chemical conditions to which materials an

33、d components will be exposed after installation (e.g. impact, aggressive vapours, dampness, coatings in contact with the ground). 0.2.13 Any special treatment of coated surfaces for protection against abrasion or for improved cleanability (e.g. using varnish or emulsion paint in the case of dark col

34、ours or coating materials with metallic effect). 0.2.14 Use of preservative to impregnate timber and wood-based panels for protection against wood-staining fungi. 0.2.15 Type and quantity of wood preservatives based on silicone or silicic acid ester. 0.2.16 Treatment and execution of joint seals. 0.

35、2.17 Information whether any sealing strips or hardware are to be removed and refitted in the case of doors, windows, frames and the like. 0.2.18 Type of substrate preparation (e.g. cleaning, jetting, degreasing, derusting or removing of chalking or mill scale). Sweep blast cleaning, rubbing down of

36、 substrate or previously coated surfaces. DIN 18363:2016-09 6 0.2.19 Removal of algal and fungal growth. Disinfection of affected areas and application of biocides. 0.2.20 Extent to which surfaces are to be filled (e.g. patch filling or partial filling) and number of fillings; proportion of area to

Information on the quality level (e.g. Q 3, Q 4, according to DIN 18550-2). 0.2.21 Bridging of cracks in concrete and plastered surfaces using reinforcing fabric. 0.2.22 Filling of joints and anchorage openings and of connections to/junctions with adjoining building elements. 0.2.23 Type,

38、 position, number and size of markings and any areas with special reflectivity, grip and abrasion resistance (e.g. by addition of glass spheres or siliceous sand). 0.2.24 Type, number, location and dimensions of parts, fittings, etc. penetrating the surfaces to be worked. 0.2.25 Number, type, locati

39、on, dimensions and condition of sloping, curved or otherwise specially shaped surfaces, component surfaces in heavy relief (e.g. at roof cornices with exposed rafters, corners, ashlar, trapezoidal sheeting, plaster mouldings). 0.2.26 Number, type, location and dimensions of rear walls of niches, rev

40、eals and projections. 0.2.27 Number, type, location and dimensions of samples (e.g. surface and colour samples, sample areas). 0.2.28 Any special protection of building components, equipment, fittings, etc. 0.2.29 Work to be done by the contractor offsite, with details of the location of these premi

41、ses. 0.2.30 Any separate working of partial areas prior or subsequent to the main work. 0.2.31 Requirements for coverings at workplaces and in trafficked areas (e.g. if surfaces are required to be safe to walk on or to have anti-slip or anti-penetration properties). 0.3 Details not included in the s

42、pecifications of this standard 0.3.1 If specifications are to be made that are not included in the specifications of this standard, they shall be described separately and clearly in the specification of works. 0.3.2 Such specifications may be of particular relevance in: subclause 3.1.3, if it is not

43、 the contractors responsibility to decide on the coating technique to be used, subclause 3.1.6, if spot filling or partial filling is specified or stopping or filling is to be carried out more than once, subclause 3.1.7, if white coatings are to be applied in a specific hue, subclause 3.1.8, if pain

44、ts and varnishes are to be with a finish other than gloss (e.g. semi-gloss or matt), DIN 18363:2016-09 7 subclauses 3.4.1.2, 3.4.2 and 3.4.3, if, when well-preserved substrates are to be given a renovation coating, these are only to be given a top coat, even for exterior applications. 0.4 Details of

45、 associated tasks and special tasks No details are required supplementary to those specified in DIN 18299, subclause 0.4. 0.5 Accounting of works In the specification of works, accounting of works shall be based on the following: 0.5.1 Area (m2), accounted for separately according to type of constru

46、ction and dimensions: ceilings, walls, floors and claddings and linings, individually measuring 2,5 m2, columns, lesenes, piers, beams, projecting walls, cornices, soffit boards, pilasters and the like, each with a width of the exposed area 1 m, soffits of staircases, doors, windows, door and window

47、 frames, windows, roller shutters, window shutters, steel sections, and pipes with a circumference 1 m, timber sheathing, radiators, gratings, railings, fences, enclosures, corrugated or trapezoidal metal sheeting, sheet metal roof coverings, and the like, treatment of partial areas, differentiated

48、according to area, e.g. 10 % of the area of the component, 10 % 30 % of the area of the component, 30 % 50 % of the area of the component. 0.5.2 Length (m), accounted for separately according to type of construction and dimensions: reveals, joints, columns, lesenes, piers, beams, projecting walls, cornices, soffit boards, pilasters and the like, each with a width of exposed area 1 m, reveals, staircase strings, skirtings, battens, timber or concrete joists and trusses, rafters, steel sections, and pipes with
