SCOPE 1.1 This Standard applies to tubular rigid metallic support members and associated fittings intended for
22、the support and connection of supply service wires for installations operating at potentials of 750 volts or less in accord- ance with the rules of the Canadian Electrical Code, Part I. 1.2 This Standard applies to equipment for use with consumers services in domestic and commercial locations, consi
23、sting of not more than four conductors. 2. DEFINITION Support member means the vertical metallic tubing to which the service-drop-attachment fittings may be readily attached at the upper end; which has suitable means for the proper installation of the consumers service conductors and which will acco
24、mmodate the fittings used for attach- ment to the building. 3.
