14、ardization) is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies (ISO member bodies). The work of preparing International Standards is normally carried out through ISO technical committees. Each member body interested in a subject for which a technical committee has been established has the right
15、to be represented on that committee. International organizations, governmental and non-governmental, in liaison with ISO, also take part in the work. ISO collaborates closely with the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) on all matters of electrotechnical standardization. International St
16、andards are drafted in accordance with the rules given in the ISO/IEC Directives, Part 2. The main task of technical committees is to prepare International Standards. 19、h-speed craft in accordance with the International Code of Safety for High-Speed Craft HSC Code, IMO-Resolution MSC.36 (63) Chapter 13. Searchlights on board high-speed craft (HSC) facilitate the detection of other vessels, offshore structures, obstructions to shipping, floating objects and living t
20、hings, shorelines, as well as fixed and floating sea marks and other aids to navigation, thus providing essential information to the navigator for safe navigation, collision avoidance and search and rescue of shipwrecked persons at sea. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are i
