4、ryogenic gasesand LPG.BS EN 14025 is one of several standards that might be used for the design and construction of UN Portable Tanks subject to theprovisions of Chapters 4.2 and 6.7 of the RID/ADR/ADN and also of the IMDG Code. It should be noted that regulations in Chapters4.2 and 6.7 do not presc

5、ribe the use of this standard. Alternativestandards are permitted by the UK Department for Transport forthese tanks.The UK committee advises users that there might be conflictingprovisions in this standard with reference to provisions in Chapters4.2 and 6.7 of RID/ADR/ADN and the IMDG Code. 6、ould be aware that UN Portable Tanks designed and constructed inaccordance with this standard may not be accepted in all parts ofthe world.The UK participation in its preparation was entrusted to TechnicalCommittee AUE/18, Tanks for the transport of dangerous goods.A list of organizations represente
