Statictests(testswiththefeedmechanismrunningbutthemachineisstandingstill)shallbeperformed correspondi

25、ngtoaforwardspeedof8km/hwithintherangeof 0,4km/h. Mobiletests(testswiththefeedmechanismandthemachinerunning)shallbeperformedataforwarddriving speedof8km/hwithintherangeof 0,4km/hifnothingelseisstatedinthetestmethodspecification. Ifthemachineisnotdesignedtobeusedataforwardspeedof8km/h,theforwardtests

26、peedshallbethespeed, nearesttothisvalue,asrecommendedbythemanufacturer. Thedistributingmechanismshallbeattheheightabovethe

39、ghtstorage. 6 Testmethods 6.1Contactwithobstacles Formachinesequippedwithaboomandwithaworkingwidthmorethan10m,thefollowingtestisperformed: Anobstacleisplacedalongahorizontaltesttrack.Themachineismovedforwardwiththespeedof8km/h.The boomshallhittheobstacleat90%to100%ofthehalfboomwidthoutmeasuredfromth

40、emiddleofthetrack(see Figure1inEN137401:2003). Theboommovementisobservedduringthetest.Afterthetest,theboomsectionisinspectedforanydamageand thelocationofdamageisnotedinthetestreport. 6.2EstimationofhoppervolumeCheckingofthespillage Thevolumeofthehoppershallbeestimatedwithonefertilizeroftypea)withabu

41、lkdensity Dmeasuredaccording toEN1236.Ifnotstatedotherwiseintheinstructionhandbook,whenestimatingthevolumeofthehopperthe machineshallbeplacedhorizontally. Thehoppershallbefilledbetween10%to80%ofthebasichoppervolume.This shallbeperformedthreetimes: oneatthe10%fillinglevel,oneatthe 45%fillinglevelando

42、neatthe80%fillinglevel,withthesurfacelevelled accordingtotheinstructionhandbook. Ateachtimethemass Moffertiliserismeasured.Thevolume V= M/ Dofthefertilizerputintothehoppershallbe notedaswellasthevolumeindicatedbythehopperscale.Thedeviationinpercentbetweenthevolumeoffertilizer putintothehopperandthei

Checkbyinspectionat80%fillinglevelofthebasichopperthatnospillageoccurfromthemachineduring transportwhenthefeedingdeviceisclosedordisengaged. 6.3Adjustmentofflowrate(statictest) Theobtainedflowrateshallbemeasuredwiththespreadercompletelyequippedandadjustedforfieldspreading. Ifthemachinehasamanuallycontrolledsystemfor
