EN3021, Aerospace series Molybdenum disulphide dry lubricants to be applied as a film Technical specification 2) . 3 Specimens 3.1 Flat specimens for qualification or acceptance tests on products Unless otherwise stated in the other test methods, the

24、 specimens are in aluminium alloy EN2091, about75mm 150mm 0,6mm; they can be anodized to EN2101 (with sealing). 3.2 Cylindrical specimens for inspection of process When the thickness cannot be measured on the parts, use a comparison test specimen consisting of a cylinder of the same material as the

25、parts concerned,80mm in length and5mm,10mm or20mm in diameter, the nearest to that of the concerned parts. 4 Procedure 4.1 Flat specimens Measure, if necessary with a template, the thickness of the uncoated specimen, then that of the coated specimen on several defined points in order to verify the e

26、ven distribution of the dry film lubricant. Between the two measurements apply the dry lubricant to one or both faces of the specimens. 4.2 Cylindrical specimens Measure the diameter of the uncoated test specimen, then that of the coated specimen on several defined points in order to verify the even

27、 distribution of the dry film lubricant on the entire surface. Between the two measurements apply the dry lubricant over the whole surface of the test specimens in the same manner as on the parts. 5 Test report It shall include the following: reference to this standard; designation to EN3021; number
