It is identical with ISO6743-6:1990 “Lubricants, industrial oils and related products (Class L) C

ISO6743-6 was prepared as a result of discussions in Sub-committee4 “Classifications and specifications” of Technical Committee28 “Petroleum products and lubricants”, in which the United Ki

BS6413-0 details the subdivision of classL into families of products, to each of which a code letter is allocated. This Part provides a detailed classification within family

It should be read in conjunction with ISO6743-0. This part of ISO67

To establish this classification, two essential series of parameters have been taken into account, one including the environment and the other considering the tooth oper

These parameters are explained inAnnex A. 2 Normative references The following standards contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this part of ISO6743. The designation of each category shall be supplemented by the addition of viscosity grades according to ISO3448. 3.3 In the present classification system, products are designated in a unif
