The application of Kalman filtering in the AOCS,Speaker Introduction 林辰宗先生，1995年起服務於太空中心，為太空中心派至美國TRW公司參與福爾摩沙衛星一號（福衛一號）研製的種子學員。他參與第一期太空計畫包含福衛一號、福衛二號、與福衛三號的所有衛星計畫，工作涵蓋系統工程、次系統設計、整合測試、與衛星任務操作。 林辰宗曾經擔任衛星姿態控制小組長，負責衛星姿態控制次系統。目前擔任飛行控制組組長，也同時負責福衛七號計畫自主衛星研製與太空級導航接收機研製，其專長為衛星姿態控制、導航接收機、與電磁相容。,
