4、tion) is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies (IS0 member bodies). The work of preparing International Standards is normally carried out through IS0 technical committees. Each member body interested in a subject for which a technical committee has been established has the right to be

5、represented on that committee. International organizations, govern- mental and non-governmental, in liaison with ISO, also take part in the work. Draft International Standards adopted by the technical committees are circulated to the member bodies for approval before their acceptance as Internationa

6、l Standards by the IS0 Council. They are approved in accordance with IS0 procedures requiring at least 75 % approval by the member bodies voting. International Standard IS0 7286 was prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 44, Welding and allied processes. Users should note that all International Stan

It is used to transmit a message and represents an object or concept in a clear

14、ly understandable manner, in- dependently of any language. The principles for the uniform presentation and publication of graphical symbols are laid down in IS0 3461. 15、moyens techniques. II est utilise pour transmettre un message et represente de facon Claire et aisle a comprendre, independamment de toute langue, un objet ou un concept. Because of increasing international interest in the design and use of graphical symbols, this International Standard presents a certain number of graphical symbols, in the field of resistance welding equipment, given in the synopsis in clause 4. Attention should be paid, when using symbols wh

17、ich are dependent on their position, to avoiding misunderstanding (see also IS0 3461).
