PRFACE La prsente norme a t tablie par le Comit dEtudes no 1 de la C E I: Terminologie. Ce nouveau chapitre du Vocabulaire Electrotechnique International remplace, en

13、 le compltant, la section 45 du groupe 20: (Appareils de mesure scientifiques et industriels) de la deuxime dition du VE1 publie en 1958. I1 a t prpar par le Groupe de travail 16 du Comit dEtudes no 38 : Transformateurs de mesure, et le premier projet complet a t diffus pour observations en janvier

14、1978. Aprs une runion du groupe de travail largi tenue Londres en janvier 198 1, un projet rvis a t soumis la procdure acclre en aot 1981 puis diffus pour approbation selon la Rgle des Six Mois en mars 1982. 16、 1) The formal decisions or agreements of the I EC on technical matters, prepared by Technical Committees on which all the National Committees having a special interest therein are represented, express, as nearly as possible, an international consensus of opinion on the subjects dealt with. 2) They

17、have the form of recommendations for international use and they are accepted by the National Committees in that sense. 3) In order to promote international unification, the I E C expresses the wish that all National Committees should adopt the text of the I E C recommendation for their national rule

18、s in so far as national conditions will permit. Any divergence between the I E C recommendation and the corresponding national rules should, as far as possible, be clearly indicated in the latter. PREFACE This standard has been prepared by I E C Technical Committee No. 1 : Terminology. This new chap

19、ter of the International Electrotechnical Vocabulary completes and replaces Section 45 of Group 20: “Scientific and Industrial Measuring Instruments” of the second edition of the IEV, published in 1958. The first complete project, prepared by Working Group 16 of I E C Technical Committee No. 38: Ins

20、trument Transformers, was circulated for comment in January 1978. Following a meeting of the enlarged Working Group held in London in January 1981, a revised project was circulated under the Accelerated Procedure in August 1981 and then submitted for voting under the Six Months Rule in March 1982.
