2、 components produced in accordance with the requirements of this subsection are given in the equipment specification or the purchase order technical documents, in compliance with the requirements of A 4200. For vessels, heat exchangers, piping and valve components, the applicable requirements of thi
3、s subsection are those given in chapters E 1000 to E 4000 inclusive. For pumps, the applicable requirements of this subsection are given in chapters E 1000 and E 5000. Additional requirements may be given in the equipment specification or in the technical documents of the pump purchase order. These
4、requirements may be based on the following chapters in particular: E 2000, E 3100 and E 4000. Whenever annex ZS is explicitly required by the contract, it supplements the requirements of this subsection whenever necessary. QUALITY ASSURANCE The requirements of chapter A 5000 apply to small component
5、s placed in RCC-M class 2 or 3 in compliance with A 4250. These components are often subcontracted by the Manufacturer upon receipt of a purchase order for the entire equipment from the Contractor. The Manufacturers attention is drawn to the fact that in this case he must specify to his subcontracto
6、r(s) the requirements with regard to Quality Assurance, adapted to the type of technical services performed, in compliance with A 5110. DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED BY THE COMPONENT SUPPLIER VESSELS, HEAT EXCHANGERS, PIPING, VALVES The component Supplier shall transmit at least the following documents
7、to the issuer of the purchase order: - general drawing of the component (isometric projections or equivalents for instrumentation piping) and the nomenclature for the basic parts giving the material selected, n 113-2007 E 1000 / 1 RCC-M - Edition 2007 Subsection E - the catalogue of welded joints (s
8、ee definition in annex H 1. 1120), - sizing report, - end-of-manufacturing certificate as defined in A 3804. E 1320 PUMPS The pumps covered by this subsection are commonly produced by the Manufacturers and therefore correspond to existing models which can, if necessary, be subject to minor adaptatio
9、n. These pumps can also be made of current manufacturing elements provided these elements were previously used to constitute pumps falling within the scope of validation for the pump to be established according to E 5300. The component Manufacturer shall transmit at least the following documents to
10、the issuer of the purchase order: - The pump reference file The pump reference file shall contain not only the equipment description and nomenclature but also the procurement, manufacture, control and test conditions for the component. Note: This file completely identifies the pump. It must therefor
11、e specify all the options retained and be precise and complete in order to avoid any ambiguity during pump acceptance. - The model validation file comprising the reference document for the model*, the test programme and the validation test report. Note: After agreement of the issuer of the purchase
12、order has been obtained, the model can be part of the order. - The component validation file (where applicable). This file comprises the same elements as the model validation file. - The sizing report, if specified in the purchase order. - The end-of-manufacturing certificate defined in A 3804, in p
13、articular certifying compliance with the reference document. * If the model is not identical to the pump ordered. E 1000 / 2 n 113-2007 RCC-M - Edition 2007 Subsection E E 2000 MATERIALS E 2100 APPLICABLE STANDARDS E 2110 LIST OF AFNOR STANDARDS For the procurement of products, the Manufacturer shal
14、l use the following AFNOR standards in addition to the requirements of E 2200. The equipment specification or technical documents in the purchase order can specify the standard, the nature and the grade of the product to be used. 1) Alloyed and carbon steels - Plates: NF EN 10025-1 and 2 NF EN 10028
15、-1 NF EN 10028-2 NF EN 10028-3 NF A 36-210 - Forgings: NF EN 10083-1 to 3 NF EN 10084 NF EN 10222-1 and 2 NF EN 10250-1 to 3 NF EN 10263-1 to 4 - Pipes : NF EN 10216-1 NF EN 10216-2 NF EN 10217-1 NF EN 10217-2 - Castings: NF A 32-054 NF EN 10213-2 NF EN 10213-3 - Bolting for general use: NF EN ISO 8
16、98-1 NF EN 20998-2 2) Austenitic and austenitic-ferritic stainless steels - Plates: NF EN 10028-7 NF EN 10088-2 - Castings: NF EN 10213-4 NF EN 10283 n 113-2007 E 2000 / 1 RCC-M - Edition 2007 Subsection E - Pipes: NF EN 10216-5 NF EN 10217-7 NF A 49-214 - Bars: NF EN 10088-3 NF EN 10263-5 NF EN 102
17、69 For standard NF EN 10269, if grade X6NiCrTiMoVB 25-15-2 is used, heat treatments shall be carried out according to the requirements stipulated in specification M 5110. - Bolting for general use: NF EN ISO 3506-1 NF EN ISO 3506-2 E 2120 ACCEPTANCE CONDITIONS The products will be ordered according
18、to standard NF EN 10021 with a specific inspection and delivered with an acceptance certificate, the indications of which correspond at least to those required in the type 3.1 specific inspection certificate according to standard NF EN 10204. E 2130 OTHER STANDARDS Subject to the Contractors approva
19、l, the Manufacturer may propose application of other French or foreign standards containing, either directly or by means of addenda, the technical requirements considered to be equivalent. E 2200 ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS The details below shall be taken into account when applying the standards mentione
20、d in E 2100. E 2210 MELTING PROCESS - CHEMICAL COMPOSITION E 2211 CARBON AND ALLOY STEELS FOR WELDING When dealing with carbon and alloy steel products for welding, the killed grades will be selected and a ladle analysis will be made of the contents of the following elements: C 0.25%; S 0.040%; P 0.
21、040%. E 2000 / 2 n 113-2007 RCC-M - Edition 2007 Subsection E E 2212 CHEMICAL COMPOSITION OF AUSTENITIC OR AUSTENITIC FERRITIC STAINLESS STEELS If the risk of intergranular corrosion is to be taken into account, this is specified in the documents attached to the purchase order. In this case only tho
22、se austenitic or austenitic-ferritic stainless grades with a very low carbon content or which are stabilized shall be adopted. E 2213 CAST CARBON STEELS Usable NF A 32-054 grades are GE 230, GE 280, GE 320 and GE 370. E 2220 HEAT TREATMENTS The products shall be delivered in the heat treated conditi
23、on as per the reference standard (or in the solution heat treated condition for austenitic or austenitic-ferritic stainless steels). If the product is to be subjected to stress relieving heat treatment, any lowering of the mechanical properties of it as a result of these treatments must be evaluated
24、 to ensure compatibility with the acceptable stresses used in the calculations. Standard NF A 36-200 may be used for this. E 2230 EXAMINATION E 2231 PIPING Instrumentation piping shall be subjected to ultrasonic examination as per the procedures and criteria laid down in standard NF A 49-214. E 2232
