25、is focusing more and more onthe use of solar energy to cover the energy needs ofsociety. Numerous system components, in somecases of highly divergent appearance and structure,are available for the production of electrical energyby means of solar modules (also known as modules,panels or PV modules) o

26、r thermal energy with solarcollectors (also referred to as collectors). Stable andreliable fastening of the modules and collectors tobuildings is absolutely essential, and fulfils one of thebasic conditions for the desired long service lives ofthe systems. In practice, mounting systems with var-ious

27、 types of fasteners are used.As solar systems are mounted on buildings, the mod-ules and collectors and the mounting systems are ex-posed to external influences, e.g. the forces exertedby wind and snow, temperature fluctuations, andother weather impacts. Es ist zu beachten, dass Solarmodule und Solarkol-lektoren sowie deren Trag- und Verankerungsele-mente (Montagesysteme) die ffentlich-rechtlichenAnforderungen er

Hierzu gehren nach Landesbauordnungen z.B.: Standsicherheit Brandschutz Dies gilt auch, wenn die Errichtung verfahrensfrei ist.So gelten diese Anforderungen auch fr Solaranla-gen, wenn z.B. fr die Installation der Anlage keineBaugenehmigung erforderlich ist.Die Richtlinie wendet sich an
