15、derungen an einen Wertanalytiker/Value-Ma-nager/eine Wertanalytikerin/Value-Managerin wer-den im der DIN EN 12 973 zugeordneten Handbuch Wert fr Europa VM-Trainings- und Zertifikati-onssystem“ festgelegt. Bedingt durch die geringe Verbreitung ist davon auszugehen, dass die dortdokumentierten Festleg

16、ungen in Organisationen und bei Nachfragern weitgehend unbekannt sind. Introduction The starting point for the generation of this guide-line was the finding that there is no defined profes-sional profile at present for value managers. The requirements for a value analyst/value managerare defined in

17、the manual “Value for Europe VM-Training and Certification System“ assigned to DIN EN 12 973. Owing to its limited spread, it can be assumed that the determinations that are documented there are mostly unknown in organisa-tions and to inquirers. 1 Anwendungsbereich Diese VDI-Richtlinie gibt Orientie

22、d in future as value managers or managers who would like to develop their own staff for value management tasks and wish to facilitate the implementation of the acquired knowledge and capabilities. 37、eigneten Manahmen in dieOrganisation. Das Management beauftragt unduntersttzt den Wertanalytiker/Value-Managerbzw. die Wertanalytikerin/Value-Managerin bei dieser Aufgabe. Die fachliche Leitung von WA-Projekten vonder Auswahl geeigneter Projekte bis zu derenAbschluss. Dazu setzt er/sie sein/ihr erwo

38、rbe-nes und stndig ausgebautes WA-Fachwissen,die Methode Wertanalyse und diese unterstt-zende Hilfsmethoden und Werkzeuge ein.Er/sie erreicht damit die vereinbarten Projekt-ziele unter mehr oder weniger klar definierten Randbedingungen. Fhren von WA-Projekten an der Nahtstelle zwischen Linie und Pro

39、jekt in der Regel ohnedisziplinarische Befugnis Eingliedern der WA-Projektarbeit in das Unter-nehmen und rechtzeitiges Einbinden aller frden Erfolg wesentlichen Funktionen und Perso-nen in das Projekt 3 Fundamentals 3.1 Value analyst/value manager The value analyst/value manager is responsible for t

40、he introduction, planning, organisation and man-agement of value analysis activities in an organisa-tion. He/she has the knowledge, experience and personality to organise a value analysis project in a professional manner, and to manage and coordi-nate it. The value analyst/value manager is ap-pointe

41、d to this position by the management and supported by the management in the execution of his/her tasks. The value analyst/value manager can be an em-ployee of the organisation, a deputed employee or a freelancer. Note: Organisations in the meaning of the guideline are pro-ducing enterprises, service

42、 providers and the management. The activity of the value analyst/value manager comprises the following points of focus: creation and upkeep of a program with actions for the introduction, development and mainte-nance of the value analysis activities in the company on behalf of the management Introdu

43、cing, developing and maintaining the value culture in the organisation through suit-able measures. The management shall entrust and support the value analyst/value manager in executing this task. The technical management of VA projects from the selection of suitable projects up to their completion.

49、3.2 Wert Der Begriff Wert beschreibt die Beziehung zwi-schen dem Beitrag der Funktion (oder desWA-Objekts) zur Bedrfnisbefriedigung und denRessourcen, z. B.
