26、 of this addendum is to correct certain references in TIA/EIA-568-B.2. These revisions are identified in the following text with additions shown in bold italics and deletions shown as strikeout. Other paragraphs in the clause, or in TIA/EIA-568-B.2 that are not shown remain the same. 2 CLAUSE REVISI

27、ONS D.5.2 Applicability For the purposes of this Standard, a modular test plug consists of short lengths of solid or stranded UTP twisted-pair conductors with a modular plug terminated on one end. Modular test plugs may be constructed from cross-connect (patch) and equipment cords. Clause D.7 specif

28、ies a systematic termination procedure that may be used to manufacture a set of plugs likely to satisfy the modular test plug requirements of clause D.6.10 D.5.10. 30、ng. It is acceptable to obtain these test plugs by cutting them from the ends of production patch cords.
